Impact Recruitment Services Ltd Avis

Brilliant, friendly and helped me get the job! No delay in communication when you need to ask something, couldn't ask for more.

Working with Impact Recruitment has been a great experience. The team is professional, friendly and genuinely invested in helping you find the right opportunity. Ben in particular has been super helpful , I couldn’t recommend them more !

Great company to work under and an absolute honour to be apart of there agency group I’ve just been taking on full time and I have had no issues just support and I couldn’t ask for more so thank you impact recruitment for everything

The best agency I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for, I was out of work and signed up, within days they had me in a job, unfortunately the first one wasn’t the right fit for me, but then I met Ben, who got me into a job that was perfect and exactly what I asked for, he listened to me and was compassionate when I needed him to be. If it wasn’t for Ben and his hard work, I’d still be looking for a job now I have no doubt about that. I’ve just been taken on full time now and it’s almost a little bit sad to know I won’t be working for Impact anymore, however I know that if I ever fell on hard times again I could rely on the team there to help me out. If you want something doing right always ask for Ben at Impact recruitment!

Excellent experience very supportive and friendly and looked after me. I would recommend them to everyone

I've been using impact recruitment since 2021. On and off always been pleased with the work provided and more importantly how the staff treat you. There are some great guys at impact this time around I've been dealing with Brad and I'm very happy never had a issue with payment or any issues at all. The staff at impact are helpful and upfront and honest. A good agency to work for !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kallum at Impact Recruitment is the absolute go-to person when it comes to finding a job. From the very first conversation, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted and matched every expectation I had. He was upfront, honest, and always kept me fully in the loop, which made the whole process stress-free.

He didn’t just send me to any role - he made sure the job was the perfect fit for my CV and skills. What impressed me most is that he stood firm on my requests and made sure I was only put forward for the roles that truly suited me. His communication was spot on, he prepared me well, and I felt supported every step of the way.

Even after I started and got settled in, he checked back in to make sure I was happy and everything was going well. That follow-through showed he genuinely cares about the people he works with.

If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and genuinely kind to guide you into your next role, Kallum is the person you want in your corner.

Great agency, Kallum helped me get a job really fast and easy, really nice guy, always does check ups and makes sure everything is alright.

Charlie made getting a job feel like a breeze, he managed to get me a job 10 mins away from my house and did regular check ups on site to see how we were getting on. was always on it in terms of holidays and keeping me updated with things going on

Had a great experience with them ,money on time and good service ,especially from their representative Gary Brown .Give them a chance guys

I had a great experience with Impact Recruitment services, everyone I spoke with was helpful. In particular Lewis, he was great! always happy to explain and answer my questions.
I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a job.

Was really a pleasure working with Impact, the recruitment process was hassle free, got a staff assigned to me (for queries and support)and boy was he always ready to clarify anything and sort any issues which truthfully there weren't any. Don't know how but I also found out I was earning same as the permanent staff of the organization I was assigned to from the get go, no deduction whatsoever. So yeah, I highly recommend impact recruitment for a hassle free employment.

It was a pleasure to work with Impact Recruitment. Since I started working the team have always been approachable, willing to listen and help. This agency is very honest to its employees from day one. It was a great pleasure to work with Impact Recruitment.

Was a pleasure to work with Impact Recruitment.
I worked with them for around three years, and never had some issues with hours, payslips, holidays or something else.
Thanks a lot for collaboration.
Gary Brown, You are the best.

When I was looking a jobs friend of mine told me about Impact Recruitment. I gave them a call and was hired immediately. The team is friendly. The manager ( Gary Brown) responsible for the team I am working with is very respectful and calm. If we have any questions Gary is present every time to answer them and help us if necessary. Thank you for your support.

Gary were extremely unprofessional throughout the recruitment process. He lacked clear communication, and provided misleading information about the role. Their disorganized approach wasted time and showed little respect for candidates. I would not recommend working with them based on this poor experience.

Extremely friendly and efficient. Lewis took time to chat with me and was keen to learn about me.
He was able to connect me with a great company who offered me a position.
Last week was my first week and I am thrilled.
I totally (and already have) recommend this agency.
Thank you!
