Was a pleasure working with Impact.
Communication was very good, I knew where I needed to go and what I needed to do.

Gary Brown from Impact looked after me and did a great job.

The most important part was that I had no issues with pay and holiday.

Impact recruitment is a very well run agency and helped me to land a job that i fit well in. Charley was of great help especially, always getting back to me when i needed help with anything.

I had a great experience with Impact and am especially grateful to Lewis and Magnus for their support throughout my job search.

Lewis was approachable and proactive, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and keeping me informed at every stage. Magnus helped me prepare for my interview and made sure I felt confident and well-prepared.

It was clear they both genuinely cared about finding the right role for me. Thanks to them, I’ve secured a great position. I’d highly recommend Impact to anyone looking for a supportive and professional recruitment service.

Heather was amazing and provided me with the exact service I required on the day. She demonstrated an outstanding attitude towards employee safety and provided significant contributions to solutions and discussions. A very positive experience.

Impact Recruitment is a fantastic Recruitment Agency, since I started working the team have always been approachable, willing to listen and help. This agency is very honest to its employees from.day one. Very upfront and tell you exactly what is expected. I work here now nearly 10 months and still loving every minute of it.

I would like to say a big thank you to the friendly team at Impact Recruitment for the exponential help and support they gave me during my employment with them, this is from the initial call I gave them to join their agency to the point of being placed in a permanent role. They are very professional and work together as a close-knit team, I would say that they’re the best recruitment agency that I’ve come across.

Such an amazing agency to work for!

Hannah and Seb are super helpful and very friendly

Both Josh and Alex have been great since I made contact. They came in, understood what we needed and supplied a great selection of candidates. It wasn't all plain sailing (not their issue) but they dealt with it very professionally. Excellent service and helped us fill 2 important vacancies.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Hannah and Seb at Impact Recruitment— they’ve been absolutely amazing throughout the whole time I’ve been with the agency. Super supportive, genuinely lovely people who really know what they’re doing.

Hannah is always checking in, keeping me in the loop and just being a total ray of sunshine. Seb brings such a calm, thoughtful vibe to everything, and I always feel like I am in safe hands.

They make the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, and I’m so grateful for everything they do. If you get the chance to work with them — take it! ☺️

Big thanks to Brad for getting me into work. He was super helpful from start to finish—gave me great tips for my CV, prepped me for the interview, always quick to reply and kept me in the loop the whole time.

Great service by Lewis did what he said he was going to do and walked me through every step of the way to securing a new role. I would highly recommend Lewis and the Impact recruitment team!

I’m currently working with Impact Recruitment, and I’ve found the experience to be very positive . The team is supportive and genuinely cares about matching candidates with the right opportunities.

Charley has been very professional and friendly towards me this morning, he really went the extra mile to help me find placement.

I was so impressed by our last interaction that I had to write a positive review. Well played mate.

Vicky called to talk about a new position and from there the whole experience was great. Lewis supported her, and I got the job. Thanks for the support and help through out.

I highly recommend this agency if you need a job. I communicated with Charley and Brad. I felt very caring and attentive attitude. I started looking for a job not at the best time for this, in February, when there were very few job offers. The guys helped, organized interviews. They did everything that depended on them. I thank Impact recruitment branch in Northampton for your professional approach to recruitment and for the human attitude to candidates.
