Specialist Ltd on 11/11/2025, concerning some items I wanted to ship to Ghana. I got spontaneous feedback, then a call followed to confirm when I would like the items collected. That got settled. On the day of collection, I was kept informed of the collection time. When that got delayed, a phone call came through telling me when to expect them and surely, everything was done accordingly with expertise.
