I ordered a Specialized frame from them on a very good sale (yesteryear's model, last one in my size) and it arrived swiftly, with a signature required which I always appreciate for pricey purchases. Unfortunately it looked like the padding in the box had slipped off and there was a huge dent in the frame making it unusable. This wasn't Incycle's fault as it was in the original Specialized factory box and there was no exterior damage to indicate the padding had slipped off. I emailed Incycle about the issue and they sent me a return label and refunded my purchase as soon as they had checked and couldn't find any more of the frame in my size in the Specialized dealer network. A big bummer on the frame but the customer service from Incycle was prompt and they made it all right.
