Fabric is thin,coarse and grainy. Fit is off but seam allowances are very generous for alterations. In this case the bust measurement was much too large.

I did send my measurements, yet the dress was much too snug so that I cannot wear it. If it had fit I would have given a positive review as it was a very pretty dress.

The fact that you can get your purchase customized and lined is what I love most. This purchase fits me to a T. I've had so many compliments.

Ordered 2 dresses in Feb, kept delaying shipment, first said fabric shortage, then workers' shortage and when it finally arribed in July, the dresses were not customised even though i paid for neckline and hemline adjustment - complete waste of time. Also supposed to send me a free dress but it was a wrong dress and wrong size.

On June 1st I placed and paid for a customized dress. The dress was to be for a special event and based on their promises for delivery time I was happy to place the order.

As of today I have not received my dress. At first I received fairly timely responses to my inquiries, They admitted that they hadn’t lived up to their policies for delivery and even told me they were including an additional dress at no charge. The last couple of responses to my emails directed me to a site to track my package. I have been checking the status constantly and there has been no movement of my supposed package since June 18th. The tracking sites directed me to contact the company I ordered from to have them check directly with their shipping partners. I have heard nothing back from customer service.

I did write them telling them if they couldn’t get me my order I would cancel my payment but, held off based on the information that the package had been shipped. Now that I see there is still no movement of my order I am seriously considering following through. I truly don’t want to because this dress would have fit all my requirements and I had searched high and low for something similar without success. Now I see I may have no choice but to try to search again.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I'd ordered a dress as a gift for a friend in the US. I ordered it at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance, thinking I have ample time. Was shocked when I was informed that it'd be shipped in 25 days! I was aghast because I was going to leave in 3 weeks. I wrote to them, begged them to expedite my order and I was so pleasantly surprised to receive it in time. Loved the dress, it's exactly how it's shown in the ad. Haven't yet gifted it to my friend but I'm sure she'll love it!

The dress I ordered is everything I hoped for, and more, because besides having the look I wanted and fitting me perfectly, it is also very comfortable and it has the most roomy pockets I have ever seen in a dress. The dress arrived sooner than I thought it might, and communication with Indophilia has been timely and clear throughout the process. Would definitely order from this company again!

Such a cute dress and I love the fabric print and indigo color. I was a little disappointed because the cotton fabric was thinner than I was expecting, but it's still a nice dress. My custom order was perfectly sized and just as requested. The wait time was over a month, but I did receive an email from the company that they were behind. I plan on ordering again.

Fit is perfect, quality of fabric and workmanship is excellent, customer service responds quickly and is always on topic--exactly what you would hope for in a small business.
I am ready to purchase again!

Ordered a dress for my self and my granddaughter. They at beautifully made and the fabric is lovely. They where made after my specifications and fit my body exactly.
Only set back is the price , because there are being put taxes on at import to my country. That made the added sum somewhat over what I expected.
But if indophilia can find a way to avoid the extra cost. I will surely buy there again.

It is SO difficult to find clothes to fit a very petite me (63F).
These clothes are made from quality fabric, have a good fit and cut, and most importantly, they have styles that can be adjusted to individual preferences. This is why I come back to Indophilia!

I always get compliments on these dresses, but most importantly I feel good in them because THEY feel good, fit well and the available fabric and patterns reflect my elderly boho vibe. So glad to have discovered Indophilia!

I loved my blazer. I saw that they custom fit the blazers too which means you can get the blazer as per the size and fit you desire. I personally loved the Ikkat blazer I ordered. Just as shown in the picture. They are available on Myntra and other apps too. Do check them out. The concept of Indian prints on blazers will definitely help create great indo western outfits. And the quality is just awesome. Looking forward to more buys. Go for it without any doubt.
