Sauna itself is amazing. I am so happy I purchased it. I thought it was expensive, but it seems to be worth it so far.

Everyone is very nice and I like the actual sauna a lot. I talk about sauna often and would love to wholeheartedly endorse your product but the APP is absolutely horrible. It's function is bad, it goes offline 30% of the time and the functionality is antiquated. It is not in line with the quality level of the sauna. I have said this in every correspondence with your team

The sanctuary 3 is the bomb.
Everything works as it should and assembly was well explained.
I had an issue with one of the preassembled door hinges that was cross threaded from the manufacturer but well received by your service department that quickly sent replacement parts.

If your sauna is not professionally delivered, I would not accept the delivery. I was a hassle to get even a small refund. I guess I think that the sauna is top tier (highly valued) when they don't think so.

I appreciate how great the sauna works, wish the people there did too.

I'm the second owner of a 2.5 year old ClearLight Sanctuary 5 Outdoor sauna. The siding on this sauna is warping, sliding down, and the pieces on the underside of the roof cap are falling out. The siding is glued on and stapled into place with very light gauge staples. I reached out to ClearLight to inquire about replacement siding so that I can repair. I was told that since I'm not the original owner, they can't help me and suggested I try infraredsaunaparts.com. They don't sell the siding. Very disappointed.

I like how quickly it heats up the size of the inside and it seems to be good quality material. I needed some help and the staff were very supportive, I would buy from Clearlight Saunas again.Heats

The sauna quality is low, the customer service and warranty quality is pretty high. We had to have our sauna replaced once as it was leaking water, even when covered with a sauna cover. Then the company was kind enough to replace the sauna with a new one. That one leaked, the door wouldn't mantain its seal and the holder that carries the iphone often gets stuck. They replaced a couple panels, but not the third that also leaked. Overall the quality just isn't there, the reason they're getting two stars is the customer service is probably worth 4 -5 stars but how do you love a product that just isnt very good??
