Clearlight Infrared Saunas Avis 

Ordered and paid - said delivery date and then extensive delays with no explanation or offer to cancel and refund. Needed the ordered shipment by the original date and was wasted money as I had to order from sunlighten to get my items

The interior lights in my outdoor sauna burned out and I contacted customer service. They responded right away and were very pleasant. They sent me three replacement lights at no cost to me with instructions on how to replace them. They're the best!!

Truly the worst experience -- it has been 6 weeks since I received a nonfunctioning sauna for my business and I have been through 3 replacement parts (where they sent the wrong part because they never actually confirmed with their third party techs what was wrong), and now I've been waiting weeks for them to send me a tech. They also agreed to let me have my own electrician install the part and I am awaiting reimbursement. But they won't approve my electrician to do full diagnostics and making me wait weeks with no end in sight for their tech to come out. I call every day and am told they are prioritizing my case and someone will call back by the end of the day to tell me when a tech will come and no one calls back. I have spent HOURS calling, on hold, emailing and more. The truly do not even care that this is affecting my business and I have zero recourse.

Easy process! Quick replacement

We had an issue with the infrared working and we got a quick resolution by having new part sent. It worked after that. Customer service was great in that regard. I will say that the app is NOT user friendly. Trying to schedule the sauna to be on using the app has not worked the 3 times ive tried to use it.

the unit itself is nice but the service regarding the app and just using the unit has been very poor MANY over 5 reach outs to get box or app fixed with no answers or call or text back we spent over 11K on this unit and we are few months in and still not working correctly

The unit is very nice and works well. However, if my husband had not been so competent trouble shooting the electrical problem it came with we would have been very unhappy. These units should be tested before they are shipped. A unit that fails to turn on due to faulty wiring should not be shipped. The interior control panel was not fully plugged in and the issue was hidden behind the cover plate.

Great. Imagine backyard was fantastic, awesome communication and provided great instructions. Clearlight was fast getting us parts and stood behind their product.

Clearlight Saunas are the absolute best in the business. I love the look of the saunas. Our company gets rave reviews about the look and feel. Any time I’ve had an issue, they respond quickly, execute on what is needed and follow up to ensure that all is well. Would bot purchase another type of sauna.

Electing to purchase an IR Sauna required some research and paralysis of choices. We limited our search to two well known companies and vacillated in our decision making.
Our decision came down to "Are we purchasing an IR Sauna or some neat tech?" Clearlight is far superior in our assessment as an IR Sauna. A lifetime warranty for in home use vs a seven year warranty is quite a statement of confidence in your design.
Putting this sauna together was simple too.
So far we've been very happy with this purchase.

The best infrared red sauna made! I looked into all of them and we use it daily. Completely feel fantastic! A worthy investment that is in our house. The warranty is second to none!

Consistent great customer service

Delivery process went very well. Customer service phone calls were informative. Unpacking the boxes took longer than expected, but setup went pretty much as outlined in the instructions. The video was very helpful.

I have had my clearlight sauna since 2024. I cannot say enough good things about the purchasing experience. I have recommended this brand to at least two people that have purchased them since. I recently bought the cleaning bundle that was on special and again, I am not disappointed. The products are safe to clean with and of the highest quality. I did hours of research prior to purchasing, spoke with a couple of different companies, and clearlight knocked it out of the park. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great products. Great customer service. Warranty is the best with it being lifetime. Any issues they fix it instantly. The whisky of material is wonderful as well.
