Great communication with Danny Burlando, no games, straight forward transaction, and the sauna is well crafted and works perfect.

Clearlight saunas is the best in quality materials, electronics, ease of use, appearance, product selection, sales and customer service! Tom Padden, my Representative at Clearlight wasn’t pushy, was educational, patient (took the time to not only educate me on Clearlight products, but on Infrared, Red Light Therapy and contrast therapy with the Plunge) and was very responsive to my many inquiries and needs!! I absolutely love my Clearlight Sanctuary Outdoor 5 Sauna and the Plunge!!!

We bought our sauna 4 years ago. It is outdoors and though in a protected area, it takes a beating from the elements. The top cap needed to be replaced and when I emailed my original rep I immediately heard from customer service. They quickly assessed the situation by my description and pictures and ordered the new part and promptly dispatched techs to install it. Easy peasy! I'm impressed with the service level. Every time I've needed anything they are quick to respond.

We've had our sauna for nearly 10 years and absolutely love it! One of the heating units stopped working. Customer service at Clearlight responded to my inquiry right away and we figured out the problem. A new part was shipped, at no cost, almost immediately. This was by far the most efficient and pleasant customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Highly recommend this company on many levels!

The glass door on my Clearlight Sauna suddenly shattered, so I contacted Clearlight's customer service team. From the moment I called, the experience was exceptional. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. After reviewing the situation, they determined that the door had a manufacturing defect. Even though I've owned the sauna for five years without any previous issues, they immediately offered to replace the door at no cost and informed me it should arrive within a week.
This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. While Clearlight saunas may be more expensive than some alternatives, the quality of the product, ease of use, and—most importantly—the outstanding customer support make them well worth the investment.
I highly recommend Clearlight to anyone considering a sauna. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products so strongly, even years after the purchase.

This company has a fine quality product, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. We were impressed with the delivery service as well. This was a great investment in our health and wellness.

Our sauna was packaged well, arrived on time, and was fairly easy to assemble. The directions were clear and we had our sauna together in about an hour and a half. The quality is excellent-I love the partial glass ceiling, as I'm a little claustrophobic and it doesn't bother me to be in it. The Bluetooth speaker is so nice to have, and the exterior lighting looks so good. As for the health benefits, I haven't been using it as regularly as I'd like, but I do feel better when I use it.

Our Clearlight advisor was great! Her expertise and willingness to answer our questions before, during, and after our purchase was excellent. She made the process easy and enjoyable. Our sauna delivery and setup was simple. The only drawback was that the instruction book we received with our sauna did not include our EXACT sauna model. We were still able to assemble and operate the sauna ourselves without issue, but it would have been more convenient to have the instruction manual for our specific model.

Product is great. Shipping was as promised and Tom is a terrific sales person - know’s the product and process cold and let me know every step. Also, was available regarding questions and sauna was received.

I love the sauna and the customer service has been amazing. The only reason I hesitate to give it them 5 stars was the delivery was completely unacceptable for such a high end product. I guess I would expect some kind of discount code or help with a future purchase considering the issues I had

Great product. Love the add on feature of the red light panel. Frank was great to deal with and helped answer any questions I had regarding which sauna to purchase. He always answered my emails and was very patient with me. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Excellent support in every step of the buying and delivery process as well as resolving a small product issue quickly .

Ordered and paid - said delivery date and then extensive delays with no explanation or offer to cancel and refund. Needed the ordered shipment by the original date and was wasted money as I had to order from sunlighten to get my items
