We have an outdoor unit, that was experiencing some wrapping on the right side panel.
The ease of taking care of a problem in a timely manner really showed us the company cared about their customers.

While it t took some time to address a few issues with my order and installation, everything was resolved quite satisfactory.

I never hesitate to recommend Clearlight to friends, family and my longevity forum. Clear winner with the warranty and the customer service. My health improvements that were witnessed by all were enough, but the full package really makes the difference.

The sauna itself is a problem. Really poor designed outdoor sauna that doesn’t hold up in the rain.

Hey, was great existing with all my questions. We were put on a waiting list that was supposed to be three months. We had our unit within a month and a half. I highly recommend buying one of these if you can.

After defining a problem with the touch control screen, the service team was quick to identify the problem and a fix. The fix included a need to replace some existing components. New components were sent without charge along with adequate installation instructions. After the the failed components were replaced, the initial problem was resolved. Thanks for the great service.

We are still having issues. We have tried calling the support center many times and they always say someone will call us back. We have not received a follow up call.

I was impressed with the service i received from Clearlight saunas. Due to a power outage my sauna stopped working. I got an instant reply when i contacted them about what i should do and they sent me a new power supply unit with instructions on how to install it. I am so happy to use my sauna again.

It takes a very long time to get replacement parts and service. However, when someone comes to service, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would appreciate if there was an app or something we could use to access assistance quicker. I have 3 saunas; all currently need some kind of servicing which was submitted over a month ago and I still have not received a follow-up.

We had a roof issue that popped up on our 3 year old outdoor sauna. Clearlight quickly responded and had a service technician at our site within a couple of weeks. Great communication and service and the roof was replaced a few weeks later. No hassle, no cost and the problem solved. Very happy with Clearlight sauna and service.

Love the sauna! Communications were great and kept me informed and prepared. Only challenge has been figuring out how to avoid the sauna entering error mode when the salt element is on, but might be user error :)
