Wife and I love the Sauna
Wife and I love the Sauna, added the red light tower and glad we did, needs that front IR and red-light. Makes it warmer too. VRT added and is fun but upper speakers are adequate. 2 Complaints- One I was told the Unit would work 120V alone on normal outlet but it does not have a normal plug for that. With Tower I was told 120V 30amp and I had that installed a week after setup. The delivery company was not easy to deal with but in the end everything went smoothly and would recommend this to everyone! Looking forward to adding aroma therapy.

The sauna is nice but the bluetooth…
The sauna is nice but the bluetooth connection doesn't work at all. I have tons of bluetooth devices that are all easy to connect and this very expensive sauna has some very unintuitive bluetooth device. I'm aiming to keep the rating high but I do find it very frustrating I can't turn the thing on while I'm heading home so it's warmed up when I arrive.

Very happy
I am very satisfied with my purchase. The sauna arrived well packed and I was able to assemble it mostly by myself, with an occasional extra pair of hands. The quality seems great, and the fit and finish were better than I expected. It is really a beautiful sauna that I hope to use for many years to come.

With a few exceptions
With a few exceptions, customer service has been lacking. I needed help putting together the stand and then found a few pieces were missing. Better instructions would be helpful with a packing list showing the parts & tools with their names, and It took about a month to get this resolved!

We purchased a Sanctuary 5 Clearlight Sauna and full body RedLight therapy tower and could not be happier with our experience.
From the beginning, sales pro Danny B handled all of our questions quickly and professionally. Once the purchase was made Danny and everyone at Clearlight responded to all of our questions about the delivery process, set up, installation and how to use !

The technician who did my repair was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The customer service team was great from start to finish with communication and resolution of any issues I had with the Sanctuary 2 model I purchased. Grade A company, Grade A product, and Grade A service and support!

We love our sauna
We love our sauna . The purchases and delivery was easy, fast and professional. My husband and I put it together in about 4 hours . Instructions were pretty easy and we watched a you tube video.
We both use it 4 times a week. Highly recommend and add the red light therapy . It is a great easy addition!

Overall great experience and the process was very easy. The delivery was a litrle nerve-racking with such a heavy pallet weight. It was worth the wait, but the weight was crazy! Those boxes are enormous!
