We love our sauna
We love our sauna . The purchases and delivery was easy, fast and professional. My husband and I put it together in about 4 hours . Instructions were pretty easy and we watched a you tube video.
We both use it 4 times a week. Highly recommend and add the red light therapy . It is a great easy addition!

Overall great experience and the process was very easy. The delivery was a litrle nerve-racking with such a heavy pallet weight. It was worth the wait, but the weight was crazy! Those boxes are enormous!

An overall excellent sauna with superb customer support
Customer service is always available and eager to assist with any issues. The sauna was relatively easy to put together but the instruction manual can be more detailed and helpful. So far, I am loving my sauna with red light column addition. I was reluctant to buy a sauna made in China but so far the quality seems to be excellent.

viel zu teuer für die tatsächliche Nutzung
Ich kann die Clearlight Outdoor Sauna leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Für den hohen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.
Das größte Problem ist für mich, dass ich die Sauna aufgrund der technischen Einschränkungen praktisch nur etwa vier Monate im Jahr sinnvoll nutzen kann.
☀️ Im Sommer: Die Innentemperatur wird so hoch, dass die Infrarotpaneele gar nicht erst einschalten. Die Sauna ist bei warmem Wetter damit praktisch nicht nutzbar.
❄️ Im Winter: Selbst bei Temperaturen von etwa 16 °C und kaltem Wind schafft es die Sauna nicht, vernünftig aufzuheizen. Auch dann ist die Nutzung entsprechend eingeschränkt.
Damit bleibt für mich nur ein sehr kleines Zeitfenster im Jahr, in dem die Sauna tatsächlich so funktioniert, wie ich es erwartet hätte.
Noch enttäuschender ist allerdings der Kundenservice. Für mich verdient dieser leider nicht wirklich die Bezeichnung „Customer Service“. Ich habe mittlerweile hunderte E-Mails geschrieben, das Problem immer wieder erklärt und versucht, gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden – bisher ohne zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis.
Wenn ich so viel Geld für eine Sauna ausgebe, erwarte ich, dass sie unter normalen Wetterbedingungen ganzjährig nutzbar ist und dass mir bei Problemen tatsächlich geholfen wird.
Mein Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht für mich in keinem Verhältnis zur tatsächlichen Nutzungsmöglichkeit. Ich würde die Clearlight Outdoor Sauna nicht noch einmal kaufen und kann sie aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

We absolutely love our new sauna
We absolutely love our new sauna! It works great, gives us exactly what we need and nothing we don’t need, and looks great in the room. The purchasing process was smooth, the representative who helped us was very helpful and answered all our questions. Delivery was smooth, and assembly was pretty simple between the instruction booklet packaged with the sauna and the videos that are made available online. No regrets here, 10 out of 10, we highly recommend!

Love the layout of my sauna. Super efficient with heating up quickly. Only thing is I wish I could have control on my phone or upgraded panel that i could program daily times for it to auto heat up

Love Clearlight…
I absolutely love my Clearlight infrared sauna. It is beautifully designed, extremely well made, and simple to use. The heat feels soothing and comfortable rather than overwhelming, and every session leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. It has quickly become one of my favorite ways to unwind and take care of myself. Clearlight also provides excellent customer service and truly stands behind its products. It was a worthwhile investment that I would confidently recommend to anyone considering an infrared sauna.
