Purchased a sauna 4 years ago and its had a lot use. Has held up great with a couple small issues and customer service was amazing to help work through. Great product and people!

The sauna came in early and we greatly appreciated that. The workmanship and quality of the unit was very good.The instructions and fit of the panels was excellent . The only issue I wish I had sealed the bench and floor prior to use because it was easily stained. I want as little maintenance as possible. We use it 5 to 6 days a week

I researched other Infra red saunas and after 8 weeks I decided to purchase a Sanctuary 3 . The reason for my purchase was for my wife’s health, Now I enjoy it as much as my wife does. We enjoy spending time together in there listening to music, sweating and enjoying each other’s company.

I called your service line as a result of my of our Therapy light staying on. I was sent a new remote, however it did not work I was frustrated and just unplug it from the wall each time we finish using it.

We still enjoy our sauna but have to take an extra step when we want to use it ( pull it out from the wall plug it in then when we are finished pull the plug out and push it back up against the wall.

Customer service was excellent from the initial contact through delivery. I requested a contact and got one within an hour. The person I spoke with knew everything about the product and helped me pick the right model - even talking me out of upgrades I wouldn't need.

Delivery was just as good. These things are HUGE and come in 2 large crated pallets. The delivery team worked with me to get the 2 pallets into the garage where they would have to stay until I finished building our platform to put it on. It wasn't easy, but we did it and everyone was very kind.

The finished product was even better than anticipated. We have a place near us that has these - or similar - units that you can use by the hour. The one we have is so much more intense. It is wonderful.

Everything was as described and as scheduled.

We struggled a little to assemble our sauna, but once together it looks and works great! We each use it at least 3 times/week and our granddaughter really takes advantage of it 4-5 times/week. Connected blue tooth music, mood lighting, and the red light add to the relaxing and healthy experience.

We bought the unit for 2, full spectrum. Amy was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest to our questions and concern. We never felt being pressure to make a decision. We really enjoy the unit.

There was a mix up on delivery and they responded quite appropriately and made some adjustments to their processes. The sauna itself is incredible with a very short heat-up time. Approximately 10 minutes from room temperature to 140 degrees.

Their response time has been nearly perfect throughout the process including some technical questions and issues. The Heidi (woman’s voice) that we were not aware of until she spoke to us as we were going to bed. 😂

Good communication.
My error I discarded all the plastic weather stripping thinking it was just to protect the glass doors during shipping. I called and a new set was sent to me right away.
The sauna is fantastic! I love everything about it!

Betsy was the best. Gave us great service and contact. Delivery was easy. Very heavy unit but definitely can put it together with 2-3 people. Directions were easy to ready and we have had no problems. Would purchase again...
