After getting thru the Ai Bot, the service was terrific!

A great process from beginning to end!

Stay away from this company. Terrible product and service is non existent. One would think that when you spend close to $10,000 on a sauna that things will work and service available. The sauna worked, red light failed, halo one attachment battery died and cant be replaced, a complete nightmare. Buy elsewhere. I wish i had.

The Sanctuary 1 was delivered as projected during purchase. The sauna arrived in 4 huge boxes encapsulated inside a wooden create on a wooden pallet.

It came in a box truck with just one person and a pallet jack. This poor guy could not get it off the truck. I had to go get a 2x4 8 ft long so we could inch it off the truck. If I wasn't there...I wouldn't have gotten the sauna delivered.

We didn't need a sauna that day. Both of us sweated like banshees. We took a few breaks to drink water and let our heart rate drop.

We finally got it off.

I had my son help me put it together. It was very well packaged. And the instructions were straightforward.

The only thing I added to the installation was purchasing door seals on Amazon to close the gaps in the hinged portion of the sauna. They fit perfectly.

From the first inquiry right through the sale and delivery, Clearlight was with me every step of the way with incredible communicaton. My husband and I were able to assemble the sauna ourselves and the directions on how to do it were pretty good. We also watched a couple of YouTube videos to make sure we understood it and visual aids were helpful.

Fantastic service and exceptional long term care for customers

Customer Service has been great throughout the whole buying process and delivery. I took my husband and son a few hours to put it together without any issues. We have been using our three person sauna several times a week for the last 2 months and truly love the experience. Ours is the mahogany and is very beautiful. Highly recommend!

I find the quality of the workmanship, fit and finish, and general attention to details to be exceptional.
Everything fit perfectly.
However, the cell phone app leaves something to be desired. It continually crashes on my phone and was very difficult to set up initially and it had to be reinstalled twice.

Sauna delivered had damage and I was expected to fix it until a technician was able to be scheduled and fixed. Bought the sauna Memorial Day and it is still not working yet -today is August 27th

Great and informative sales staff and great customer service after the sale

I went with clear light because of the customer service as much as the product itself. Every question or any situation, I heard back very quickly. That is extremely important to me as a customer.

Ordering was easy. Customer service was wonderful. I had a lot of questions and they were patient with me. Putting it together was easy. My husband and I were able to do it ourselves. It is very well made and looks beautiful outside.

I have had my sauna for 6 years now and have been very pleased with my sauna AND the customer and warranty service that I have received. I am a happy customer and recommend this company to whomever will listen to me talk about them!

I Bought a 2 person sauna from clearlight. Since buying the sauna I was told that with any referrals I gave that lead to purchase, I would get a small percentage. I referred a client and never received a commission. I than referred a relative and she was told that too much time had passed so I would not receive a commission. Personally I am not really upset about not getting a commission, but rather their deceptive selling tactics. Then the Power chord was damaged and they were to replace it as it was said to come with a lifetime warranty. Finally one year later I received a power chord that not only does not fit, but is too short and half the length of the original chord. They also told me that the sauna is no longer under warranty. The sauna is in pristine condition and with the original owner. Buyer beware this company does not stand behind its products and is very deceptive. I have since referred my clients to another company for their Saunas.

Great company to work with prompt answers. Cordial, always answered when I reached out excellent product. We are enjoying it very much.

So far I love the sauna itself. The delivery situation was sketchy. They charged over $600 for final room delivery and removal of packaging(this is over and above the standard shipping I paid.) This price was based upon moving the boxes down a flight of 15 stairs. In the end they went around the house to my walk in basement and never used the stairs. Also, they never removed the boxes, just the pallet on which it was shipped. Not a great delivery experience. The other negative is that when I installed the red light unit to the door of the sauna, its weight has caused the door to sag and in catches at the bottom. Not ideally engineered.

From the ordering, to the follow up from customer Service to delivery. I knew exactly where we were at all times in the process. Lifetime warranty. Just can't beat this company and the quality of the product

I had to ask a lot about procedure, delivery and my point person for sale was not good at follow through. Immediately I knew I wanted to return the PEMF mat - it is not what I expected and after reading the fine print I realize I would pay dearly to ship it back so I didn't even bother with a followup - which someone absolutely should have followed up with me after a sale. A regretful purchase.
