Clearlight Infrared Saunas Avis 

The ABSOLUTE BEST customer care ever. Easy. Polite. Timely. I cannot recommend this product and team enough!

I want to give a better review because I want to feel good about my purchase. I have yet to use the sauna and hope that my rating goes up at that point; however, at this point, I have only assembled it and I am discouraged by the quality control and ease of assembly. First, I was not made aware that the sauna would arrive in three very heavy boxes and simply left outside by the delivery service. The boxes were way too heavy and awkward for my wife and I to get them into the house so we had to unpack each box in our driveway and take each piece into the house separately. When we opened it, one of the bench supports was split and there was an extra loose wooden molding piece that hadn't even come loose but was somehow in the box. Trying to connect the walls was not easy and one wall connected much more tightly than the other, leaving us unsure if we had actually connected it properly. One side connected flush and tight; the other had about an 1/16-1/8 of a gap. As we read and considered the product more, we came to the conclusion that it was assembled as best as could be expected. The company sent us a replacement bench support, but it was slightly differently sized and so I just kept the original piece after having used wood glue on it. Finally, the manual for the sauna has lots of typos and that seems to be a final piece of evidence that quality control is not very high. Again, hopefully I like it much more, given the cost, once I start using it.

What is an incredibly well built sauna. Heats up quick. The heat is distributed beautifully, and the fit and finish the second to none. It’s also one of the most beautiful looking saunas on the market. The red light is incredible as well.

The customer service is incredible and it came delivered perfectly and well packed.

Although I had a few issues with items being damaged during shipping, their customer service has been excellent throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond, fix the problem, and make things right.

A special thank you to Brandon, who went above and beyond by working with his manager to find a solution that I was very happy with. Problems can happen with shipping—the way a company responds is what matters, and Clearlight handled everything extremely well.

The charging station didn’t end up being broken. To open it, you just needed to quickly push the door. I feel that could have been trouble shooted over the phone instead of waiting 4 months for service repairman to show me. However, Clearlight was VERY thorough with communication in trying to schedule the repair and excellent with follow up. I am satisfied with the outcome and my sauna in general.

I didn’t even buy the sauna from them directly but they sent me replacement parts free of charge wow!!

Thanks clear light my sanctuary has been moved multiple times and losing my metal bracket down the elevator shaft this time proved to be a situation until I realized how great you guys are. Thanks so much

Incredible customer service experience. In the 6+ years we have owned our sauna we've only had a few minor wear and tear issues. Clearlight responded within 24 hours with a solution and shipped replacement parts/remote without any cost to us in an incredible timely manner. So happy with our purchase and the quality of service.

I was very pleased with the fact that a new power supply unit was sent and I was given instructions how to easily hook it up. It solved all of my issues regarding being able to use the app to control the sauna.

I've had my sauna, red light therapy core tower, and Halo for about a month now, Amazing, Can't say enough about how I feel after each session. Using it daily and my skin is better and healthier looking, my lungs are loving the Halo Salt therapy and I'm so relaxed when I head to bed!

As a functional medicine practitioner, I was looking for a full spectrum Infrared sauna that can provide health benefits to its fullest and has very low EMF. And I am so happy my research landed me on Clearlight sanctuary sauna and I cannot be happier. There were so many saunas available at Costco for a fraction of a cost and so had to research hard:)
It has been a month since we installed it fully and it has been an health upgrade for sure. We got the red light tower as well and can see its benefits as well. Amazing addition to our weekly routine. Thank you Clearlight for making medical grade saunas.

The sauna is beautiful. The only problem is the 3rd party shipping that is terrible. They do not hire the right truck to deliver the sauna, and numerous phone calls and time is wasted to receive the delivery.

Amazing sauna I love it. From customer service to the product. Everything I am very satisfied with. Highly recommended.
