I sent my iPhone 13 Pro Max in good condition with a screen protector applied.

After their inspection, I declined their revised offer and requested my phone back. When I received it, the screen had significant scratches that were not visible before sending.

I contacted them with photos, but they denied responsibility and claimed the scratches were already there.

Communication was slow, and no resolution or goodwill gesture was offered despite multiple emails.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this service.

scam , they lure you by offering you higher than RRP to get you to post your item to then deduct massively when they receive your item.

Service is exceptional - love the confirmation emails
1st that they have received the device - this included an ETA on assessment and payment.
2nd that they’ve paid.

Even though I annotated that the mobile I was selling was damaged it seemed to be a big surprise that there was damage, and I only received half the quote. Bit disappointing tbh

Sold some old iPhones, not all were in good condition, was quoted a fair price compared with other sites. Customer service was very efficient and payment was quick.

Excellent service .. I looked on site , found phones I wanted to sell .. added to basket , was given a price , they then sent me a postage label , and off they went via Royal Mail .
I then got an email saying they had checked the phones over & I had picked wrong phone , and a new offer for the one I had sent ( they were right ) … I had the option to accept or not .
Once I’d accepted the money was paid into my account about 3 days later . Brilliant !! Will be sending more things .

Pretty seedy experience. Sent them a new phone that basically hadn't been touched just opened. They offered a good price on their website. Then I got an email saying it was showing still under contract and therefore needed to be reduced by £270. I knew he was lying cause I bought it straight from the manufacturer plus I'm sim only anyway. I emailed him the receipt to prove this. He came up with some rubbish why they couldnt accept it. I was suspicious so I checked their website again: turns out they must've overpriced the device initially as they had quickly reduced it considerably. Ewwwww

I traded in an apple watch and it was the easiest process. The steps to sell an item were easy to follow and simple. I was also offered the best price here compared to any other websites I checked. I recieved the payment very quickly after my item had reached them and I have no complaints! Thank you

My experience is not good at all - I’d say their operation is on the verge of being a con. They offer to buy your phone at a slightly better price than Apple and when they receive your phone they find cosmetic faults which are not visible and reduce their offer by 70% hoping you’ll accept it!

Rubbish, paid a quarter of the quote I was given for my phone even though it was in great condition, saying the battery was worn. Clearly it was always going to less than optimal on a phone 6 years old!
