Arrived just before my booked time of 8am. Garage was already open. Staff were extremely polite and I was kept updated on everything. Would definitely use again and recommend to others

I have been welcomed by a new member of the team who was very gentle.
I liked the new look of the waiting area, which is fresh and clean, compared to the previous one.

My appointment was for 8:30 and by 10:30 I had a text to say it was completed.
Log book stamped and service light reset.
The technician’s were friendly and courteous at your Culverhouse cross garage.
I had my car back within a couple of hours and carried on with my day.
I thought it was all very efficient.

Best auto-centre in the area so far, out of 8 garages this one is the best would definitely recommend, good value for money, fast service and friendly staff.

Great experience overall. My garage is in Northampton, Kettering Road. They are always doing a great and trustworthy job with a super kind customer service. I can only recommend them, great work all! :)
