Really cheap fabric

Pretty quick shipping (12 days after order) but quality of the dress is really cheap, fabric is see through. Looked much better in picture. Would never have bought that dress in a store or even looked at it.

UPDATE August 22: Great, company say they have issued a full refund, I still haven’t received it.

Shipping to slow

I too wish I could give negative stars. I still haven’t received my order. Keep getting a message about Covid 19 delay 🙄Do not order from INS, period!

This is an update to the above. I received my package 7/21/2021 and I must say that I’m pleased with the quality and size of my item. However, shipping was slow thus 3 stars.

I would put negative stars if I could!! I placed my order weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've received multiple"your order has shipped" emails on different days. Their online tracking system is BS, says my order doesn't exist. Customer service does nothing, saying they can see anything about your order. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!!!!

Shameless Scam

My items were defective, had holes in them, one of them had a BLOODSTAIN, and they wanted me to not only pay shipping on my return, (more than the cost of one of the items, and also more than it cost to ship them to me) the shipping address they wanted it sent to was literally someone's apartment.... They wanted me to send these holey, bloody, defects to the next poor soul for them, on my dime!! Customer service was rude, unhelpful, and called me names. Ended up escalating to a third party to force a refund and attempt to initiate an investigation into this bull.

We ordered 2 adorable prom dresses that…

We ordered 2 adorable prom dresses that were delivered in decent time, fostering or is from over seas. The sizes were both of and about 2-3 sizes to small. I emailed about returning them and we were already at the 28 day return window. So now we are stuck with 2 dresses that reek of fish! OMG, they smell like a bait store. 😳

It took a very long time for my items…

It took a very long time for my items arrive. When they did arrive the shoes ran small ,and I still haven’t received my dress . I’m not able to log into the website . I just the other dress that was ordered .Maxi dress

First of all the material is so bad and its not like the picture that was provided.
Second the size is not small and its very loos and bad in the body.
One of the clothes make my hand blue when I touched it.😣

TOTAL SCAM!

Took a month to get my order, and it was garbage. Not as described on the website at all - not the same neckline, pattern, or even material as shown. Completely see through with no lining and not at all wearable. And no customer service whatsoever! They are refusing to issue me a refund even though I sent pictures proving their item was not as described. Complete scam and waste of money. If you see this - please heed the warning and do not order from them!!!

UPDATE - They posted a response saying they issued me a full refund. COMPLETELY FALSE. They ignored my requests for a refund due to their ridiculous return policy which states you have to have an “approved reason” for your return which I did as the item was not at all as described. I even sent photos to no avail. They would only give store credit, like I’d want to buy anything from them ever again, and it wasn’t even in the correct amount! And this dress was for my WEDDING! Completely ruined. Do. Not. Buy. From. Them.

Worst experience I have ever had with a clothing store

Worst experience I have ever had. I ordered something and first of all it took forever to get to me. It didn’t fit properly and I wanted to return it and get a refund. I have sent hundreds of emails and called and nothing. There was no return label or receipt in the package and so I emailed them. They refused to send me a return label or just gave me the run around replies back to my emails. They blocked my email account so I had to email them from somewhere else. Still no luck. I have an item I don’t want and can’t return and they told me I could get a store credit, but I don’t want that I want my money back. I have never had a problem like this with any other clothing store. I can’t return this item and can’t get a refund. Will not order anything in the future.

Bad returns processed

I an having the worse experience returns 1 dress that the material is so horrible. Sent 15 emails, called, sent pictures of the dress.. just to let una me know that they will give me store credit.. what??? I want my money back. I don’t want store credit!!

Does not correct mistakes or honor promises

On January 4th, 2021 I placed an order, #4777, for a women's pullover hooded coat dress in dark green size 2xl..I received a package on January 26th, but the item was the wrong color.The package label was correct, noting the color as dark green, but the item was dark blue. I was contacted by "Josh" who identified himself as senior VP of INS, about how satisfied I was with my order on January 25th, and I told him I was very dissatisfied. He asked me to send it back, at my expense of course and I explained how shoddy a business practice that was. On the 26th of January, I received a text message again from the same number (18332219211) Apologizing and stating that the proper item in the proper color would be sent, and that I could keep the wrong item for the "inconvenience". I have attached a screenshot of that text. It is now March the 22nd, and I still have not received the item, I keep receiving texts from that number, offering discounts or $5 dollars off..but why would I order from a company who has such a poor track record.I have sent additional texts trying to get an answer, or some resolution to this issue, with no response. At this point, I can only conclude that your company simply does not care to correct its mistakes, and has representatives who make false promises to do so. If this is not resolved, as promised, very shortly, I will not only not be ordering from you ever again, but will be making sure everyone I know, and everyone I can reach on social media..on Facebook, Twitter, MeWe , Gab, etc..exactly how dishonest and shoddy this business is. I want to believe that somehow this just slipped through the cracks, but the fact that I have not gotten any further response on it and have still not recieved what I paid for two months after the promise to replace the item..does not fill me with confidence that your company honors its promises.
I still have not gotten a response. Starting the reviews now.
This is a copy of an email I sent. I sent it with a screen shot of the supposed " VP" sent me. No response in 4 days.
You may see below that a very belated ( months later) response was given..however..it is false. Also..all I want is what was promised..the item I ordered..in the correct color. Green wool pullover.
