The receipt said with a lid.
I brought an extra large paint tray here the other day for $65 without a lid. The staff told me you had to buy the lid separate. Then I saw the exact same one at paint place Cranbourne with the lid for $50. I noticed a lot of over priced product there unfortunately I need the tray that morning so I had to purchase it. The Steve guy with the review under mine works there. 🙄

We've spoken to the team at Nunawading and they're eager to resolve your issue.
They've explained to us that the tray was marked as "lid available" which they wrongly interpreted as "lid available as an additional purchase".
This was an honest mistake on their part and they've offered to refund your purchase in full or replace the tray.

Great service, excellent results in colour matching, superior advice on multiple projects (timber pickets and iron lacework) and the right selection of tools and equipment for the job. So much better than those large warehouse outlets...

Staff who know their stuff
No fuss to become a member and enjoy very competitive pricing. Staff really know their stuff about paint which is a boon when you want some expert advice.

Very Helpful Staff
I have made numerous purchases over the last couple of months and the staff have always been super helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. During lockdown I was unable to enter the store, but the staff were able to give advice over the phone and then had my orders ready to click and collect within two hours. I would definitely recommend them.

The customer service at Inspirations…
The customer service at Inspirations Paint in Nunawading is exceptional. Their knowledge, their sincere willingness to help, their friendliness has surpassed anything I have encountered before. James went out of his way by even staining a sample so that I could get a true picture of what it would look like. And, they helped me carry the paint to the car.
I highly recommend Inspirations Paint in Nunawading. You won’t get disappointed.
