Have a very bad flu virus
Have a very bad flu virus. My throat felt like it was ripping, coughing etc. dr said can’t have antibiotics until I’ve been ill for 7 to 10 days. Smash the water. I said I couldn’t swallow. She prescribed me a gargle.
Was quite cold and rude but I was too sick to argue. When my husband went to the chemist it’s rarely used , not on PB S and $160 per bottle. She could have
told me that. A lot of people can’t afford to spend that on a gargle.
I requested a simple blood testtest through…
I requested a simple blood test through an Telehealth appointment.
My appointment was cancelled and I was told I should go for a face to face. This test is for a dietician. They couldn’t advise why they wouldn’t be able to action it, I had also put in the Telehealth appointment for $49 to discuss this request. No easy answers or way to contact the company, and they take upfront payment with refunds taking days after declining. Why are GP’s declining an appointment for a pathology request? Unsure… me too.
Extra charges! Don’t recommend!
They charge you for the pathology form and then a couple weeks later you get a bill for the pathology test. Close to $100 for a blood test when I could get one for free bulk billed through my GP. What a joke.
Stupid doctor
The doctor wasn't the brightest spark. I told him I had taken a particular medication for my condition and the condition worsened significantly. He said he would prescribe me the same medication again. I said it might work if you give me a higher dose. He mumbled something about it being standard (which is bullshit. I've been prescribed a higher dose many times before) and hung up. So he gave me a prescription for the exact same treatment which I just told him didn't work. Are these doctors actually qualified to give medical treatment?
Great Service
I used Instant Scripts for the first time as l couldn’t get to my doctor and l was very pleased with the results. Will use again. Highly recommend if you don’t won’t to go and wait at a doctors surgery. Worth the $49 dollar call. Doctor was great and communicated well!

Holiday Drama
I was on holiday and left some of my medication at our last stopover. Someone told me about InstantScrips and I arranged for a phone consult. The doctor rang me at the time I was advised, and I received an eScript shortly after that. And all on a Sunday! Great service and such a relief to only miss one night's medication in total.

Fantastic service, online questions were quick and easy and communication was great. Doctor rang and was very pleasant and helpful and was able to send me a script for my problem.
Disgustingly rude
Disgustingly rude, paid the money wanted a script for a skin problem, Dr was super rude and said have to go to a face to face Dr. Ok, but maybe say that in the write up and inform people of that before accepting the money. I put in what the problem was before it took my money. Up to a 5 day wait before customer service will get back to you. Took my money got a less than 2 minute call from a rude Dr to say go to a Dr… No idea reading through reviews on Apple how they have a 4. Something rating on Apple.

Honestly used them for the first time and the Dr called within a couple of hrs, asked questions and gave me the prescription.. very efficient and professional for that price point!
Don't use the script reorder service
Don't use the script reorder service, they give you no repeats even if the original script had repeats. Ends up costing more than a GP. Thought they were an ok service, but this shows they are in it to squeeze people out of money. Won't be using again.
A saving medical hand when others are not reliable.
After discovering your service online it was just a matter of answering fair and expected questions regards myself for the doctor/s concerned so they had my true identity and medical history. Hence could then proceed as to what was correct or appropiate service I required.
Service was friendly and reliable at a very reasonable rate.
Fantastic service
Unfortunately I didn’t recall the doctors name, but she was fantastic. Caring understanding and gave me an alternative to look at once the chronic gout flare up subsides.

For $19 I only received a script of one month
For $19 I only received a script of one month of meditation with no repeats. It works out mor expensive than going to my GP for a script which will last me a year!
My medical history is well documented in My Digital Health Record to show I had been talking the same meditation for many years!

Rude doctor hung up on me
Getting a consult was annoying enough but when the doctor finally called me, she was SO rude to me, the call lasted 54 seconds and she hung up on me when I asked for help and told her she was being rude LOL would not recommend. Previously very helpful but anything Wesfarmers touches eventually turns to 💩 🫶🏼
