Low value service. Barely providing the function of a GP. Won't provide prescriptions with repeats despite their doctors prescribing multiple times in the past (20+ times). Won't provide requested blood pathology. Generally lowly trained Drs from various backgrounds. Their value is probably limited to Dr Certificates for sick days. Hopeless, really.

I tried instantscripts for the first time for Thyroxin medication that I have been on for circa 15yrs at the same steady (low) dose and have had bloods to confirm dosage is was correct back 6months ago. The telehealth doctor advised they could only provide me with 30day script - when usual is 200days (with repeats).

Absolutely NO VALUE to me whatsoever. I have paid $49 for the pleasure and now have to go to my doctors anyway to get the appropriate script. Simply ridiculous. This is not a complex or risky medication - in fact I have been told previously that the biggest concern is NOT taking it!

I shall NOT be using instantscript again!

They used to be good, now they are almost hopeless. I booked an appointment for some scripts and sent photos of what was needed, previous documents only to be told ‘your booking has been declined and we advise you to see your GP in person’. Most medication is no longer listed on the website like it was when they first started operating. Just do an actual Telehealth appointment for free with a bulk billing GP, don’t waste your time with this company

The lady I had was amazing and super friendly. She made me feel comfortable and gave me good advice on how to handle my concerns as well as where to go further for them.

The consultant I spoke to was prompt and understanding. It was a very easy process.

The wait time was reasonable. The doctor was very thorough and sent me through what I needed quickly. She was also very helpful letting me know what other wholistic steps I could take to reduce symptoms in addition to the prescription medication.

They’ll instantly take your money, still waiting for my script!

Difficult to understand GP due to language barriers.
Script given but no further investigations ordered. No anti biotics prescribed.
Will need face to face consultation to make sure I am assessed properly.

I was getting a medical certificate for my daughter and put in all her details for the patient details and then mine for my personal details at checkout and on the actual certificate it put in my name and birth date meaning that I just wasted $20 on a certificate my daughter cannot even use which she needs for school as she is very much so sick and cannot attend. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Clearly not Australian...

The wrong medication name was used on the script, and it took the pharmacist time to fix it in the system with the Australian equivalent.

And despite having a healthcare card, I was charged full price for the medication because something about authority was not on the script. This would probably have been automatic if the doctor was located within Australia.

I also ticked to call no later than 10 pm and I had two missed calls at 12:50 am.

The service provided a very reasonable and immediate solution for obtaining full blood results. The results were professional and delivered via email just two days after the test.

This streamlined process successfully eliminated the significant delays associated with traditional medical channels. It bypassed a two-to-three week wait for a doctor's appointment to get a referral, as well as an additional one-to-two weeks to receive and discuss the results, saving both time and money.

The ads dont match the service. Gives you only one urgent prescription without repeats. Next time they want you to see your own dr face to face. Welcome to the 21st century and health technology.

The medical certificate was easy to apply for, they asked appropriate questions to make sure it wasn’t anything more serious and after payment and review I received my certificate. Very straight forward. I had used them before so they had my details. Great job. I could recover without going out.

The letter provided was completely inadequate - it needed to state the symptoms. The Dr couldn't get off the phone quick enough.

Needed antibiotics for a chest infection and a script for asthma spray.
There useless take $49 when there website say 19 for a script and only gave a script for asthma spray now I have no money and need to see a real doctor
