Love this service. Quick and easy and only $19, much less than the gouging by GP’s these days. I would recommend it to anyone and I have. Love it!!

Attempted first time user as require script before travelling overseas in two days time without chance to see my GP beforehand. Suspect this is a fraudulent website. After completing my booking and making payment, I received an email saying that I made a request to cancel my consultation and to go ahead I would have to rebook and make payment again. This is despite me definitely not requesting a a cancellation. They are unable to provide proof of refund either and continue to advise I need to rebook.

Definitely do not recommend this service.

I think the doctor gave me the wrong tablets, my older scripts were for IBESTATAN-SZ and not the one's he gave me the script for.

If I could rate a zero I would horrible experience, couldn’t wait to get me off the phone, Dr Mobolaji Farotimi absolutely no skills no listening skills only wants to refer you to someone else so he could get off the phone as soon as possible. Dr Mobolaji Farotimi If this is the doctors we are allowing to help people with simple problems this country is doomed

DO NOT USE.
Total scam they charge for one lot of scripts no repeats and not stated anywhere.
Even after the dr was informed its been a long term medication.
They deliberately dont issue repeats so you have to go back in a couple of weeks rather than months looking at other reviews.
$49 down the drain.
When you contact them they have all the excuses in the world and false sincerity.
Avoid at all costs.

The doctor was very polite and he understood what the problem was.

We spoke to a Dr this morning wishing to get a referral for an endocrinologist and a prescription for regular medication we have taken for over a year now which the Dr advised we cannot get from her. Our endocrinologist is away and they told us to go to our GP to get this hence our call today. The Dr was extremely rude stating you are “ wasting my time “. No empathy, when Dr says this to a patient. Where is the care. We asked for a full refund as we now have to go see another Dr to pay another $49 fee as she could not provide this full service. We really hope we get the $49 back as we did not obtain the service we requested.

The doctor prescribed tablets full well knowing my son had a really sore throat and is a kid!

Fantastic, excellent service, understandably this service is fantastic for anyone who is struggling to get into a GP in an extremely short waiting time. As this service progresses I see it becoming increasingly valuable for those who spend a great deal of time online. Very easy to use, extremely accessible,, very affordable and extremely reliable. Honestly you can’t ask more,, the service is fantastic and as time progresses I can see it developing into more complex conditions, but this will vastly reduce the stress on hospital and GP waiting rooms in the immediate future, and really is a great service and friendly doctors. I needed a doctor and antibiotics urgently the day of an international flight. Within 2 hours of registering and booking, I had spoken with a doctor, and received and filled the script. Excellent service, would definitely use again and highly recommend.

It was the most horrible experience. The doctor did not listen to my concerns or reassure me. Absolutely disgusting service.

Paid $89 for a weight loss assessment. Waited hours for a callback. The doctor wasn't keen to prescribe Mounjaro that I'd been on previously after taking a 3 month break from it. He said you can't stay on it forever! Why not I said. If I want a medication that is approved for weight loss in Australia and I'm willing to pay for it, why I can't I use it for as long as I like. He wanted me to try fasting and keto diet instead. He then said I could have Mounjaro for 3 months but only gave me a 1 month prescription, no repeats. Nearly a month later I've gone back to the website to order my 2nd month prescription. Website says No. Their useless automated helper bot says I need another weight loss assessment. Another $89 to be berated by another so-called professional, I don't think so. I cancelled my membership. What a waste of time and money Instant scripts has been for me.

I would NEVER recommend this service. You pay $49 for a doctors consult to be told they won’t prescribe medication for Influenza A even though a local pharmacy and medical centre advised to contact these people for a script. (I can’t

Absolute waste of time, advised me to go to my own doctor and get checked! If I could have gotten an appointment with my Dr I would have. The Dr may have been registered in Australia, but clearly not from Australia. Doing the barest minimum! Rubbish.

I had an excellent experience with Instant Prescriptions. The doctor was very helpful, understanding, and patient in listening to my concerns. I was in great pain due to a urine infection, and the service provided was extremely important for my quick recovery. The process was smooth, efficient, and professional. I truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend this service to anyone in need.

The doctor I saw Dr Jana Gerlach was so unprofessional and spoke so aggressively to myself and my daughter (who the consult was for and she is 9 years old). I will never use this service again after today’s experience with this awful doctor.
