Friendly reliable service

My husband I have used this service 3-4 times for medical review when we were unwell, mostly prolonged cold/flu symptoms. We found the doctors very thorough and helpful. The service is quick and efficient and very friendly. It is the responsibility of the patient to provide honest health imformation prior to an appointment. I would recommend this service.

Literally instant got a call 5mins after submitting request for medication I take regularly but can’t get to the dr to get a new script! Super convenient

This is an easy system to navigate and it's very convenient.

I was horrified by a call with one of the doctors via instant script. I understand it's a numbers game and time it money however I asked one question to understand the implications of the script and the doctor was so rude, her words were "if you are not happy with the script you can ask for a refund" and then hung up on me. The call lasted for 90 seconds. I was flabbergasted. Will never use this service again based on this experience.

Very impressed with overall service. I paid for my Pathology tests referral, which was a very price, a lot cheaper than going to the doctor to request them. Next day i did the Blood tests and later that day received my results. You could not be unhappy with this service. Thank you

Website is deceptive and misleading. I ordered a blood test and was charged $75 with a potential additional $60 fee coming by pathology. There was no information about this on the website.

A total waste of money. Doctor said he "didn't know" and suggested Loratadine (same as what I can get over the counter). I asked for a prescription antihistamine, as over the counter is not enough right now. He sent me an electronic script for Telfast - a lesser dose than what I have in my cupboard. My issue is that I have hay fever so bad right now the over the counter AHs are not helping. He basically could not help. Baffling. What a waste of money.

The doctor came across as extremely competent technically. Her explanation why she would not issue my usual medication for my condition was sound. Based on how she communicated with me however this doctor lacks the interpersonal skills required of a doctor when interacting with patients. Cold, unkind, unfriendly, rushed. That said I acknowledge that the instant script service is a godsend when local doctors are not available in times of need. The system works.

Extremely grateful as regular GP appointment is still 4 days away and I simply could not cope that long after being unwell for 7 days already.

Doctor was very friendly, and efficient

The prospect of a genuine medical service that puts patient first and bypasses much of the BS in corporate GP practices is attractive. Instead of disrupting, this company is doubling down. At the most basic level, their website is misleading & deceptive. I recognise they can’t always do what a patient wants - but at least do what you say you will do. Better off finding another online service or seeing a physical GP.

Love this service. Quick and easy and only $19, much less than the gouging by GP’s these days. I would recommend it to anyone and I have. Love it!!
