Quick service and great consultation with the dr

I was really impressed with this service and i got the anitbiotic script I needed filled at a late night chemist that very night! The process was quick and easy and i am sorry I didn't put up my review earlier ~ I was prompted to because I was looking up my previous emails for the exact name of InstantScripts so I can contact them again tonight. Highly recommend.

Quick response but would be better if they gave you at least 1 repeat for regular medications as sometimes it can be a 4-6 week wait to get kn to a GP but otherwise easy service to use

The website was very simple to use. The cost for service was very reasonable. I was kept informed on how long I should expect before I was contacted by the doctor. The doctor heard what I had to say and was responsive to my concerns. I would be happy to use this service again if the need arises.

I have used InstantScripts on occasions for prescriptions and blood tests when my GP was unavailable and have not had one negative experience. I have had Chronic Asthma for 70 years and recently contracted a lung infection while holidaying on Kangaroo Is. The Doctor, after hearing my symptoms and requests for the appropriate medication, agreed with my diagnosis and issued the prescriptions promptly. I recovered to enjoy my holiday. Today I discussed my blood test results with a doctor (my GP is ill and unavailable for three weeks) who was reassuring and suggested questions to ask when I see my GP next. I am so glad to have an alternate medical service when I require one.

Received call back very quickly. Dr was easy to talk to, helped me with everything. Just such a great service.

Confusing - different drs have different options.my inhaler ran out and I called for an instant script only to be lectured by the dr there for not going to my regular GP for it. Isn’t that the whole point ? Then I keep getting text reminders saying my script probably ran out. But after my experience with the last Dr I had to deal with I’m very u likely to use again

VERY VERY hard to understand the Doctor through her heavy accent. When the script arrived AFTER I read the label on the existing box, it's not thew same meds. Well, it "might" be the same under a different name but how would "I" know that.

Can’t download my sick certificate and log in to my account

I needed some tests done.
Obtaining a test request form was very easy and quick.
The tests results were available the next day.
I highly recommend InstantScripts for their professionalism.

Great service, I had a call within 5 mins on a Sunday morning. GP was friendly, Aussie and knowledgeable. Prescribed antibiotics over the phone to get back on track. Recommend.
