instant? what a joke!

I enquired at 5:00pm one day, as i expected to get a script for antibiotics as i had an absyss that required them, and could get in to see a doc in my area due to time, and emergency was a 6 hour wait. So went to instant scripts... 24 hours later, i had no script, and no response from the company at all, they took my money, and gave me nothing in return... Really not impressed, and if you in a spot of bother, and require urgent assistance, i would not use Instant scripts, id wait until the morning, and see a doctor first thing, as you will get a script faster that way...

I've used Instascripts for blood work 4 times now and it's always amazing. I have the pathology form text to me in 30mins after buying online. Had my bloods taken on a Monday morning, results back by Tuesday afternoon. LOVE this for when working with my Functional Medicine Practitioner. Don't have to see a useless GP and I get what I need for only $24 and a 2 day turn around. THANKYOU InstantScripts!

Hopeless, second time wrong script received, this time
my chemist had to contact them in order to get correct
script and then I did not get one repeat the Doctor has said I could have.

Absolutely terrible service. The doctor was not interested in helping or putting in any effort at all. His response, to a diabetic with a potentially infected foot, was to go see your doctor in a week if it doesn't feel better. By that time my foot could need to be amputated if there's an infection in it. All the warning signs my regular doctor has told me to watch out for with foot wounds are present and the doctor I spoke to couldn't care less!

Hi there, I haven’t yet received my bloody results and it’s been nearly 2 weeks since I’ve had the bloods taken. Can this please be looked into? Thanks

Last two times I have paid $49 to get multiple of the same script and have only received one. If I knew I would only receive one script I would have paid the $19 for the single script.

Terrible experience. Get an email saying they tried to call, but the phone hung up instantly before I could answer. This is probably automated so they can say they met the 10 minute SLA. Then the current call back time keeps going up. 1.5 hours later and they would only give me 10 day script. When to a new GP the next day, presented the same information and I get a 60 day supply for under the rules of a stable chronic condition and five repeats. Instant Scripts is just trying to generate churn.

I paid $49 as I needed repeat scripts, the Dr gave me 1. I should have just paid $19. Instant Scripts refuse to provide any reimbursement.

Have used InstantScripts twice now and have found them to be very helpful and professional. So handy when you can't get in to see your doctor for days and you need help now with some medication. Will use them again if I find myself in the same situation.

Rang within ten minutes and asked a few questions and sent me an e-Script immediately. A great service for $19 when a normal consult would be close to $100 for the same service at my GP and a long wait or have to leave my day open for a Telehealth appointment as doctors usually run late. I was unsure about instant scripts but it was a great and efficient experience with a female doctor and don’t feel rushed.

I found the service to be excellent. Second time I have used it due to inability to get into my regular GP.

Really quick to speak to a Dr. The only issue i had was that the script I received was not for a whole bottle if my medication. It was 40 less tablets with the pharmacist having to dispense into another container. They even said it was werid.

Total scam, fake drs, take your money upfront then a.fake Dr. Calls to tell you that they can not honour the script. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They should be reported to Australias medical ombudsman.

I ordered a blood test through instant scripts, that was easy. The next day I looked at the results, saw I was low in iron/ferritin despite taking iron tablets and and due to other health conditions. I booked a consultation online to discuss with the doctor. I wrote the reason for the consultation in the text box when booking. (1.) The doctor did not read any of that text or my results before calling and speaking with me. (2.) After a 5 min conversation, the doctor advised she cannot do a prescription for an iron infusion through instant scripts. What a waste of my $49. I clearly requested a script for an iron infusion in the text box when booking the appointment. It should have been rejected at that point to save me the time and money... No refund available. I probably won't use instant scripts again.

Really great service, helped me with antibiotics to treat my ongoing acne! Dr understood what I was going through and was very helpful.
