I sent the report from the CT scan I had done which stated "There is moderate mastoid left mastoid effusion". I googled this "indicates a moderate accumulation of fluid within the mastoid air cells—the honeycombed bone behind the ear—often resulting from a middle ear infection (otitis media).
I asked the Doctor what does he suggest, he answered drops to soften the wax in the ear.
The wax is in the outer ear. The mastoid effusion is behind the ear.
Enough said.

What a quick and easy service. Went on to the website, registered, requested my medication.
Within a matter of seconds a doctor called me and sent me my prescription to email and sms. I cant fault this service and will be using again.

I love the convenience of Instant Scripts, especially when I can’t get to my doctor. But yesterday’s appointment was disappointing. I paid $49 for a consultation to ask for REPEAT scripts and only got one. I could have paid $19 to get one. Maybe the doctor didn’t understand me, cause I found it hard to understand her

Doctor called back quickly was a very lovely man and was calm and patient would highly recommend him. Lovely nature.

When trying to book in on mobile using the instant scripts app, the Medicare position number you’ve just filled in does not get transferred in the form submission, rendering it complete waste of time and impossible to complete the transaction.
That’s what the 1 star rating is all about.

The actual service, pretty good actually, if you can get booked in. Desktop is best way to navigate through their UI.

Unhelpful and rude. Wouldn't listen. This was total waste of money. Appointment went for 2 minutes.

Abrupt Doctor. Made me feel like some sort of cynical doctor shopping addict. There’s not much recreational fun to be derived from an antidepressant, is there? Prescribed a fraction of a monthly script and effectively told me not to come back. I won’t.

Super fast delivery of a medical certificate for work. Took the hassle out of getting an expensive GP appointment for a common bug.

Grubs. Missing details/information. Still charge you anyway. Support won't fix it. Do not trust this company. Incompetent.

Easy to use and reliable when you forget to get a repeat script from your usual GP. Paired with Beaufort late night chemist being open at midnight it is a life saver.

Disgusting service by incoherent doctors. Will never be using this service again

When I listed Scripts to be renewed, was told there were “a lot”. Doctor has prescribed them, what can I say. Then I was scolded because the Doc could not access my records, that’s my choice, as I understand it. Paid 49 bucks only to receive 1 month’s worth of 3 Script’s, not all. I understand guidelines but basically my experience was almost useless.

Less difficult than expected. Had never used an online medical service. Called back extremely shortly after submitting the request for a consult. Explained the issue and received the script I needed even before the call was ended. Very professional and helpful.

Experiencing intense UTI symptoms as I have done previously. Doctor wanted to prescribe me a mild antibiotic, I advised that I respond best to keflex at which point she told me I wasn’t bad enough for that. Continued to explain my past medical history and concerns, dr continued to quote current guidelines don’t suggest this. Ended the consult without giving me any prescription and told me to get in touch for another consult. Extremely poor. Has left me in pain, out of pocket and with no treat

The doctor did not listen to my concerns and refused to prescribe me any antibiotics despite describing a bacterial condition, he instead prescribed me something that wouldn’t help me at all. In fact when I went to the pharmacy they were shocked I was prescribed it and told me not to get it.

I am more than disappointed. I have requested a script. That I have had previously. And they have my records for and they still change the goal post each time but charge you more each time. Have to speak with a doctor and even when you explain why you have the script they still say they cannot dispense the normal amount because it’s their discretion. Well why ask to speak with me then. I won’t ever use instant scripts again for this service.

Registration was quite straightforward and the call back was very prompt. The doctor I spoke to was very professional, efficient and helpful. Having access to my medical record he was quickly able to issue the prescription that I requested. This was very convenient as it was the weekend when my normal GP is not available.

Absolutely 💯 % fantastic, I was able to log in, haven't logged in since 2023, smooth filling out what i needed and quick easy answering your questions. I was able to understand everything, paying was simple, phone call came through within minutes of processing. Went to Chemist to get my medication. Thank you so much for the easy to read and prompt process.
