Shocked
Just visited their website and asked for a quote as their site advertises a product for £18 then when I received their quote the price went up to £300 per item. Shocked to sat the least. If they lie on their website I would be careful when using the company.
Their poor response to my shock was to say they don't update their website

As we discussed previously, the website clearly states that the displayed price is the "last known price." There is no "Buy Now" option available for this product, as it is supplied on a quotation basis only.
Our prices are highly competitive, and as mentioned in our previous email, the alternative quotations you received from other suppliers were actually higher than ours.
Regarding your comment, "If they lie on their website I would be careful when using the company," we respectfully ask that you refrain from making inaccurate statements. Our company has been established since 2019, and our information is publicly available through Companies House. We have built a strong reputation by providing reliable service to our customers.
You also stated, "Their poor response to my shock was to say they don't update their website." This is incorrect. Our website is regularly updated, and the vast majority of our products display current pricing together with a "Buy Now" option where applicable.
The product you enquired about is clearly marked as "Request a Quote" and does not have a "Buy Now" option. This indicates that the displayed figure is not a live purchase price and that a quotation is required before an order can be placed.
We would appreciate it if you would amend or remove any statements that misrepresent our business, as they do not accurately reflect the information provided on our website or the service we offer. We also ask that you refrain from making false or misleading statements and from posting comments that unfairly damage our company's reputation online.

Really slow delivery (over 1 week…
Really slow delivery (over 1 week despite being in stock) and slow replies on email. Unfortunately construction is very much a 1-3 days delivery industry, and such a delay makes things hard to time and juggle on site.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the delivery was made within 4 working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday when we do not operate. The delivery date was confirmed and accepted by you via email. That said, we understand how important timing is in the construction industry and you had like 6 orders with us only with the last one to have a one day delay outside of our 2-3 day lead times.

Sergio was most helpful answering all my emails. I was concerned whether I (a slightly built female) might have to help unload the rolls of insulation when delivered. I was assured that the driver would do this for me and, in fact, the driver put them in my garage.
