Useless plenty of times and every time I have received an incredible service.

This is one of those occasions when even 1 star is too much. Placed an online order for insulation slabs (order number 3958), only to be told that because of quantity and location the order will be cancelled. Guys, you set the delivery price. You can set a minimum order value. If all you want are large orders within the M25, then don't advertise nationwide. A complete and utter waste of time.

Great service and price from start of order( 2 days ago) to delivery of specialist kingsman insulation( a lot of it) delivered as promised. I couldn’t have asked for more. A very efficient and professional service. I won’t be going elsewhere in future for our new house build materials.

Bought Kingspan Kooltherm K108 from IB. Extremely good customer service and gave me a great price compared to other online companies. I was kept informed from order to delivery. Very quick delivery time, other suppliers can't get the Kooltherm so quickly. It arrived bang on the original estimated date. Will definitely be using them again.

Product as described and supplied at a good price. Had to chase delivery as had not heard anything after 3-4 days of placing order. Some one replied straight away after I sent email regarding delivery date and the goods were dispatched. Would use again.

I cannot fault the prices and the customer services of IB. A mix up at the depot led to the wrong materials being delivered, but they were quickly on the case to sort the correct batch.

It is a shame that there are no decent couriers left who value customer satisfaction though. Not IB's fault though as I've had the same issues when receiving other goods by the same couriers. I now have a load of boards stuck on my drive obstructing it as the couriers cannot recover it with the vehicles they have!

I ordered loft insulation, but later on realized I also could have ordered some insulation boards as well. One phone call and it was added to my order and all items received the next day. Full marks.

Ordered up loft insulation. Realised that there was another item needed shortly afterwards. Telephoned to see if it could be added to the order. Staff very helpful and item added to original order saving additional transport cost.

I'm not a builder or installer, but knew what I had to find. Many places were either not in stock or needed to be emailed to find if they had stock. InsulationBee were the quickest, most helpful and most importantly delivered as promised on time. Highly recommended.
