Got there eventually
1. Had to chase for a delivery date a week after initial ordering. Delivery was then incorrect, still no resolution date a week on.
2. Once initial review was posted contact was made within half an hour & resolution swiftly sorted, apparently delay was due to a manager being absent.
Simple bit of feedback, keep your customer updated, everybody's happy.
Actual product good, both deliveries went smoothly on site, drivers couldn't have been more helpful.
Would give these folk another opportunity should I have a need for more insulation.

This company is awful
This company is awful. We ordered a brochure in June 2021 for a large project. It is now November and we are still requesting them for a refund as it failed to arrive and we had to go elsewhere for the product.
The company claim that they have sent it four times and that it must have gone missing even though we have continuously requested a refund. InsulationBee please refund us our money and look into your courier services as clearly they are loosing you business and damaging your reputation

Unfortunately this has been sent 6 times via external courier and always got lost or damaged ( As its a brochure ) .
Your refund has been issued on last Monday as you have requested ?
We already stop working with that delivery company - Hermes. Normally we use our own delivery transport but as you were outside of our delivery area we had to use them.

Ordering was easy and given the present supply issues with all sorts of building materials I was contacted by a very friendly person about a delay that was fine with me as I had sort of expected it. Didn't provide a refund on an alternate product
I was looking for a quick delivery of Kingspan TF70. Was promised (200%) it would be a 2-3 day delivery as against my order elsewhere where it was 7 days. So I ordered with InsulationBee only to be told later that they didn't have stock. I accepted an alternate product which was lower cost but annoyingly they wouldn't refund the difference.
The sales representative was polite and responsive, and the alternate product was delivered as promised.

The delivery charge on orders below £200 is £60 including VAT. Any orders above £200 are subjected to the standard delivery charge of £36. Delivery lead time is up to 5 working days from the date of the order.
And the competition price :
@14.99 exc Vat a board = 449.7 exc vat plus 36 exc vat = 485.7 exc vat = 582.84 Inc Vat. (With us you paid £568.08 Inv vat, so we were 20£ cheaper)

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service! Never experienced anything like it before. After admitting their mistake, with an apology, they refused to give any kind of refund. Seems they have a bit of a reputation in the market for this. Would certainly never deal with this company again.
(And to reply to your comment below, which is a lie, I didn’t want to keep the product. All I wanted to do was return the product to you. You charged me £25 for delivery to send to me and then decided you wanted £90 for return delivery and only £35 refund for over a £200 product. As you well know, you got the calculations completely wrong and admitted your mistake but still won’t accept the returned goods. Your words were “why don’t you sell on eBay?”).. Really! I shouldn’t have to. You just made it impossible for me. Well surprisingly, that’s not great customer service!

I don't know what do you mean with "bit of reputation" but I'm sorry that you had a bad experience.
In this case the one with the bad calculations was yourself as we only process quote requests from our clients and we never do calculations for them. It was asked for you to double check the quantities and the quotation. Quotation which you replied that was correct and to proceed.
Also even that it wasn't our mistake a refund option was given by us. However the refund that you wanted (To keep the materials and get money back) no company is accepting or offering this option.
We do have the emails so if you have any kind of questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
