Shop around
Shop around, these were £74 more this year, i have had zero claims, i went on there website and got it £52 cheaper… shop around .nothing for been loyal unless you challenge the supplier.
which i did, i got it cheaper so renewed.

Had a claim on our Dinghy the process was straight forward. The service was friendly, helpful and responsive. Claim paid with no issues. Very pleased and would recommend.

Thank goodness my request was sorted quickly and without fuss by this company. To explain my position, I had long since sold my boat and forgot all about boat insurance, so to hear it was soon due to be paid again, was quite unsettling when you're scraping the barrel! Worse was the fact that my tablet was playing up and for the life of me I could not type a policy no. into the relevant help form, and could not find a phone no. anywhere for the company! Next day the tablet was fixed, and an email reassured me the policy would not be renewed. No confusion, no questioning my repeated form-filling attempts. Perhaps they just looked at my D.O.B.......!

Great company
Great company, been using them for a few years, and unlike other companies, they don't try and hike their prices every year necessitating getting quotes from other companies or threatening to leave them to negotiate a reduction to a reasonable price.
