Auto renewed my insurance without any prior communication , nor any explanation for why my insurance premium had increased by almost 15%

We understand your concerns regarding auto-renewal and I would like to clarify this for you.
We issue a renewal invitation approximately 28 days before the policy is due to automatically renew, which outlines the upcoming renewal and provides the opportunity to opt out of auto-renewal as confirmed in our Terms of Business Agreement found both online and in your documents. Customers can opt out of automatic renewal at any point during the policy, either by contacting us directly or by managing their preferences within their online account.
I can see that we issued your renewal notice to the email on your policy as of 14/07/2026. This notice shows the date of your renewal, your renewal quote and the payment method which would be used.
