Quicker than some, short of key detail
The Ceta questionnaire is well constructed and relatively easy to complete BUT it does not mention - or perhaps allow - refunds for unused cover. Our property is under offer; it may be sold quickly, in which case we might find ourselves having paid for 10 or 11 months without recourse for a rebate. Again, the fine print is quite daunting, especially the section on how the heating and electricity supply are to be treated. Lawyers do not make friends of customers.

Website totally misleading which services they offer.
Website clearly advertises that they offer Unoccupied House Insurance - I filled in the form, they say they need more information. I get a phone call back and get told they cannot provide contents insurance. I ask why not, and they say the property is unoccupied! Really??? Completely wasted my time both for completing a webform and the phone call!
