Very difficult to sort problems by telephone.
Having contacted them to cancel a policy I emailed them 0n 11th August 2026 with the requested document attached. Having heard nothing by the Ist of September I rang them again. After some time they managed to find the document I had sent and said they would cancel the policy. Having heard nothing by the 19th September I tried logging into my account but my email is no longer recognised. The contact number is Chipping Norton but you actually end up speaking to someone in South Africa. The quality of the line varies making conversation difficult sometimes. The problem with so many reviews on Trustpilot is that they are made just after taking out a policy or completing a sale. Things tend to go wrong further down the line.

Terrible sales experience
The worst customer experience I have ever come across. I had to call to complete a sale because more information was needed. The sales person couldn’t find the quote so we started from scratch. She was rude from the start, it was as though she didn’t want to do the sale. Her style was robotic and unfriendly to the point I had to terminate the call. There was not a chance, based on my first experience of the companies employees, that I would be giving them any money.
Might be ok if you don’t have to speak to anyone but I would avoid going through such a negative experience if you need to call to conclude a sale or to get a quote. Truly awful.
