After my initial review they asked for more details which I immediately supplied..4 days later the apologetic reply appeared..since then nothing was done..so I rang again today 2/9/ to be told my NCD would be with me by close of business today ...guess what no NCD.My new policy supplier says they will cancel my policy at midday tomorrow...we are currently 100 miles from home in the vehicle( a motorhome)..if this happens I will be taking legal advice as to compensation ... Further having previously been told my refund ( £450taken for a renewal I had already told them I didn't want) was in their accounts department and would be processed within 3 days ,I was today told it is with the insurer ????..the insurer didn't take the money insure my did

So having been told NCD proof would arrive yesterday,I rang again this morning Whole new story"You can't have proof of NCD while the policy is live...which it is".T hat will be the policy I have told you not to renew multiple times since the 29 of July,the same one you renewed anyway ,the same one you have repeatedly lied about a refund being with me in 3 days..The one you told me would be delt with as a priority today at 10am ( now4pm) still no refund,no proof of NCD..It has today cost me £67 ( on top of the £450 you're wrongly holding since the 16 August) to amend my new policy as having no NCD ( thankfully my new insurer is very competent & efficient both words I doubt insure my ar familiar with.
First no longer accept emails now I notice the online live chat has gone.. says a lot about the attitude to customer service.. particularly when added to a totally incompetent customer service team from the top down in the call center.
