Had earwax removal today at the Wrexham Branch. Brilliant. Would absolutely recommend this company. Totally professional, will definately be using them again.

Melissa / Louise (Cheadle) - great value for money service
I called and spoke to Louise in the morning after having trouble hearing for in excess of two weeks. I suspected I needed ear wax removal She was lovely, welcoming and pleasant and offered me an appointment later that day which I was pleased to accept. I arrived on time (in Cheadle) and had a nice conversation with Louise which put me at ease. I met Melissa who was undertaking my appointment and she was lovely too and explained the procedures for blocked ear canals with answered all my questions. She certainly is very knowledgeable in this area of expertise.
Within 15 minutes the procedure was complete, the ear wax (a lot) had been removed with no pain and I could hear again which was a delight. I was happy to pay the fee which provided great value. I will return if required!

Olivia at Integrate Hearing is amazing
Olivia at Integrate Hearing is amazing, she is kind, gentleand a lovely person. The microsuction I had for both of my ears was totally painless and very successful. Integrate Hearing's new premises in Cheadle are beautiful, very clean and comfortable. If anyone needs ear wax removal or has any problems with their hearing, then I most certainly recommend Olivia. Integrate Hearing you fantastic.

Professional and personable staff.
The online booking system was easy to use with a follow up phone call to take your deposit and details. On the day I saw Melissa Koran. She was very pleasant and professional putting me at ease straight away. She explained everything very clearly and concisely. Even though I didn’t need the procedure I thought I needed she didn’t dismiss my concerns or reasons for booking the appointment.
I would recommend this service without hesitation.

Mel did a very good job on my de-wax appointment.
Quick & efficient, cleaning both ears of some compacted wax with a minimum of fuss.
Mel was very pleasant & easy to talk to & gave some interesting advice.

What a relief
What a relief. I had suffered no hearing in my left ear after poking with an ear bud and then swilling it with every on the shelf remedy. 10 min appointment solved the problem thank you so much
