I needed my ear wax removed as I have been having problems with my hearing aids and needed to be sure if I we’re going to be tested it wasn’t the wax that was causing the problem.Olivia was really helpful explaining the procedure , also because I get moisture in the tubes of my hearing aids which blocks sound , she replaced the tubes with moisture resistant tubes, I was really pleased with the services that Olivia provided and would recommend them to my friends and family

Very impressed
My wife and I both had appointments here, we were very impressed. We were both made very welcome. Integrate Hearing was extremely clean and Olivia the Audiologist very professional.
My wife who had tinnitus and muffled hearing can now hear really well and her tinnitus has gone completely.
My hearing has also improved greatly.
Highly recommended.

Olivia was so polite and friendly...
Olivia was so polite and friendly and showed concern with my limited mobility offering to move to an alternative consulting room. She also advised me as to what I needed to do regarding the issues with my nhs hearing aids. So lovely I will be booking again when I need wax removal.

Amazing
What can I say…. Amazing . I suffered with impacted wax in both ears which made me loose my hearing . After visiting Olivia and her practice in Cheadle I am like a new man. I had micro-suction and also a water jet treatment which immediately cured my hearing loss. Great surroundings, lovely people and I couldn’t recommend more. You have improved the quality of my life considerably. Thank you. Mark

Friendly, professional service
Friendly, professional and efficient service for ear wax removal. Easy online booking system, good high street location with plenty of parking nearby. Very pleased with the result and I would definitely recommend Integrate Hearing to others.

Excellent professional service
Excellent professional service for earwax removal due to a blocked ear after swimming. Both staff members I dealt with were helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Integrate Hearing.

I made an appointment with Melissa for ear wax removal via microsuction.
Melissa is very knowledgeable, she explained the reason for my hearing loss wasn't due to wax.
She was patient and understanding in helping me understand and come to terms with the news.

Disappointed
very pleasant surroundings and Olivia was very friendly. Unfortunately after having micro suction a week ago I have very little hearing and tinnitus in my right ear which I’m struggling with. After visiting my GP, she confirmed there was no infection so I am now left with constant ringing and loss of hearing in my ear.

We are sorry to hear that Karen. Microsuction is the safest method of wax removal, however, does come with some risks which are why we always advise this as part of the consent form. This is very rare and unfortunate to have occurred during a routine procedure with no apparent complications. As a wax removal practitioner with 8 years of experience, we have yet to come across any long-standing side effects so I do hope it settles with time and I hope this is a reflection on this unfortunate event as opposed to our service at Integrate Hearing. We follow all precautions and pride ourselves on patient care. We can offer you an appointment for further investigation/hearing assessment following the GP now confirming there is no infection, so please feel free to contact us again should you wish.

Visited the brand new hearing clinic in Cheadle today . I have never had my ears shringed before,Olivia was lovely and very efficient she explained everything about the procedure beforehand. I didn’t need both ears shringed she told me .I can now hear again thanks to Olivia . I would highly recommend her and will visit again if needed.The receptionist was lovely too .I booked it yesterday and went today .Fantastic service

Good experience
Good experience; Olivia was very thorough and resolved my hearing satisfactorily. It was a little difficult to find as signage was refused by the Council. Head for Schwartz Opticians.

WORTH 5 STARS !…
I visited the Cheadle branch of Integrate to have ear wax removed from my ears, and was met by Olivia. This Audiologist is very knowledgeable and efficient in the way she deals with her clients. I was given a thorough examination followed by micro suction treatment. An excellent job done. I would certainly recommend Integrate for such treatment.
