Before I joined Intentional Program Manager, I was in a decent position. I had a job that paid okay, but I had a strong desire to move and be a "real PM".

But my approach was more spontaneous and “go with the flow.” Because of this approach, I did not see a significant result. I needed to take it to the next level, but I did not know exactly how to achieve this result.

I have been in Product Management for over ten years. I am currently a Senior Product Manager for the United States Air Force.
