Xceed 12 heat pump review
I had Colin and Gary and supporting the install of an intergas xceed 12 heat pump. I pulled out a boiler to replace it with a heat pump and so far I've been extremely happy, and they have both been super responsive and fixed any issues very quickly for me. I've challenged the technical abilities of the system, and got myself comfortably to 5.0 cop with 21 degrees in the house! I can get higher with lower temps and being more careful with timings on hot water. Feels a great system so far.
I've got it connected up with Home Assistant using the local network APIs, and it's working really well.
While on holiday, with colder weather at home, I was getting 7.5 COP leaving it at 15 degrees in the house. Crazy good technology.

Running for 8 years now, no problems
The boiler has been installed for 8 years. We had private contractors service it for the first 3, and thought it was a little noisy and then had a small fault and decided to call in the Intergas engineers for a regular service plan. They explained that it was not setup properly, replaced a small part, and it has run quietly and trouble free ever since.

Happy with everything
Got an appointment fairly quickly to repair boiler. Engineer called me about an hour before coming so I could get to where the boiler was. There for 2 hours replaced 4 parts and boiler working. Report was sent by email, so everything was good.

My engineer was brilliant
My engineer was brilliant. He could tell what needed to be done to fix my boiler and bring it up to standard, he changed a seal without being asked he just knew it needed to be done too. Chris was fab, thank you!!

Jack did a thorough job servicing the boiler.
He changed a seal which was nearly perished, performed a water quality test and blew up the expansion vessel.
The water was black. Not good.
He kept a thorough record from start to finish through photos and signed the service manual.
Thanks Jack
I feel more confident in the manufacturer service as it appears that past plumbing and heating engineers may not have been so diligent.
He also helped with my wireless thermostat which I didn't completely understand.

Jack the engineer was efficient and flexible. Despite being given the wrong boiler information he was still able to proceed. When he found a fault, he had spare fan on board and he recommended a way we could pay for the repair and service to save us some money. Jack is an asset to the company and hope the gets the recognition he deserves
