Excellent service and brilliant engineer called Michael. He kept us informed as to when we could expect him and the work was done swiftly and efficiently. Very happy customer 😄

Fabio phoned to give me an accurate time of arrival. He is polite, works efficiently, quietly and tidily. When I asked him about the boiler, he explained what he had done knowledgeably but so that I could understand. Everyone involved in the service from booking to completion was respectful, listened and caring.

The engineer arrived on time he fixed the problem and the boiler is working perfectly. Thank you

The warranty means that we are trapped into using their engineers...that is fine but the price is outrageous! Prices raised many times above inflation. The engineer should have taken more care of our decor, too many marks on the wall and the moulding.

Did a good job and showed pictures of the completed work,and didn't make a mess.

The whole process was seamless. Plus the engineer even arrived extra early to accommodate my gym class! Highly recommended

Morning appointment booked but had to call at 12pm and 12.45pm as a no show, despite being promised that we would get a call to confirm the engineer's ETA. Eventually arrived at 2pm. Tyler's work was methodical, clean and informative. Happy to answer our questions

Arrived early morning and set to work straight away. Within the hour all sorted and heating and water back up and running. Friendly Mister Fixer who tidied it all up afterwards advising me that any further problems give them another ring. Thank you

My boiler developed a fault 10 days after the annual service on the day of my 80th birthday celebration. I was devastated especially when I found that I would have to pay a huge fee of £360 to cover the call out charge and the cost of any parts needed. This, of course, was on top of the service charge of £150 that I'd already paid for the service. I am retired and have a finite amount of money and I felt this charge was excessive, especially since the fault had not yet been diagnosed. Also, it took a week before anybody could be assigned to come and look at it. This was too long. I am fortunate that I have a considerate and thoughtful son who quickly transferred money into my account.
However, when Nico arrived he was quickly able to diagnose the fault and put it right. I am grateful for that. It is a pity that not everything can be looked at in the service. The part needed was in an enclosed unit.

I would give Intergas more than 5 stars if I could. My mother’s boiler broke down, when I phoned intergas to arrange a repair they couldn’t have been more helpful. Because my mother is almost 91 they pulled out all the stops and Jack the engineer fitted her into his next day’s schedule even though he was already busy. He fitted the replacement part and everything is running well. I can’t recommend intergas highly enough and in particular Jack
