I called customer service today and the phone was quickly answered by Emma Preece.

I want to compliment Emma on her professional, empathetic and efficient attitude. At a time when all too often customer service calls are a frustration and annoyance, it was a delight to be handled in such a splendid way. Well done Emma.

Competent engineer much appreciated in my hour of need

Had a fault with my boiler. Appointment was really quick. Jack the engineer notified us the day before what time he would arrive. He arrived at the time agreed. He did our repair quickly and let me know what he was doing at all times. A really nice guy and a credit to the company. Very happy with the service provided

Work was carried out on the planned day.The issue was sorted during 1 visit. My only negative point is that I had to be available from 08.00 to 1700 as a smaller appointment window is not available to customers.

First class experience with the Intergas engineer (Colin) Good communication in advance, arrived at the agreed time, diagnosed the fault and replaced the required parts and set it up in a relatively short period of time. Excellent communication whilst on site to explain the boiler settings. Extremely professional and personable engineer. Thank you

The engineer arrived promptly but after looking at the boiler said that he could not access the necessary part of the boiler due to the way it had been fitted. He said that part of the cupboard needs to be taken off to allow access and to ring and arrange another visit when this has been done

Great to see Jack back this year for our annual Intergas boiler service. He is a true ambassador for the Intergas brand with a great personality and obvious technical competence. It’s really good in this day and age to be able to call upon a company that truly demonstrates end to end customer service from first contact with telephone support to service delivery. We had issue with F004 fault and requested call out as still in warranty. Intergas arranged next day visit from engineer Colin. He was polite and texted to advise arrival time. He arrived on time and changed the unit. Very happy with his sevice.

I did my training in 2016 with Mark Campbell and have fitted nothing else since. Love the simplicity of the products I’ve used. Nice and easy for my customers too. Also have to say that dealing with Deb Morris and Mike Hook, who have always been such a massive great help to me. So professional, polite and so helpful everytime I have any questions. Appreciate their help and service so much!!! They are for me a huge value to Intergas as a company and hope those up the top respect them for their consistent hard work to help. 💯

Brilliant service. After so many rogue hearing engineers ripping us off. Intergas could’ve sold us a new boiler and all the expenses but instead came and fixed the boiler! Helpful, respectful and reliable. Finally found a great service! Thank you!

Very quick and to the point

My contact with Technical / Service Desk was very reassuring and helpful. Booked a fixed cost boiler repair and able to get a near-future date.
The day before visit, the engineer Jack texted me to confirm a time of arrival and sure enough, he arrived at the front end of that window.
Jack was an absolute credit to Intergas and his profession. Parked safely and no bother for neighbours and their access. Was very respectful of my home and he did nothing with my boiler that he hadn’t taken the time to explain first.
Very thorough inspection and fault diagnosis, all parts needed for repair were in his van stock and he efficiently carried out his work until satisfied everything had been fixed and checked for quiet and effective operation. Boiler looks and sounds like new.
Jack explained future service and maintenance need, as well as flagging that inhibitor top-up was needed once other work I was doing on the central heating system was completed.
Jack was very friendly, polite and respectful, very knowledgable and explained everything simply. His work was excellent.
Everything to like and nothing to fault. Great service and I’ll definitely be seeing Jack and Intergas next year for routine boiler service.
