This was an excellent experience. Our engineer, Jack, was highly professional, friendly and personable. His attention to detail was meticulous and impressive. Brilliant: highly recommended.

Great service from the engineer and their customer service team but I'm wondering why Intergas would send me the request to submit feedback via SMS at midnight. Like seriously you might want to schedule that differently to perhaps a time that doesn't accidentally wake people up. Minus 1 star for that.

I had an Intergas xceed 8 air source heat pump installed and I had some concerns about the siting. I resolved this with the installers who contacted Intergas for advice. What went beyond my expectations is that Colin from Intergas then followed up with a visit to check the position of the pump and to check it was operating efficiently. I really appreciated that he took my concerns so seriously. Just brilliant. And by the way the xceed 8, as well as being an excellent heat pump, is incredibly quiet.

Well done jack . It took 3 other people to fix my boiler you came out and fixed it straight away thank you very much . And it was lovely having such a pleasant man .

Our HRE 36/30 boiler was installed December 2012.Has been extremely reliable over the years.Been serviced all but a couple of the years by an Intergas engineer.The water flow valve is the only item that has been changed since the boiler was installed.
All the engineers are very knowledgeable about the products they work on and Jack in customer services was very helpful recently when there was a need for a call out.He done the best he could to find an engineer that could attend as soon as possible.

I’ve been dealing with intergas for 20 years and have found them an excellent company to deal with. They sell a well made and well thought out boiler. I don’t feel there’s anything on the British market to come close to comparison

Nicolae attended as an emergency call out. Nicolae was very professional and resolved the issue promptly which shows the knowledge he has as I wasn't able to provide much information on the issue as I recently purchased the property. nicolae also gave his timento show me how to use the boiler which I really appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate to use intergas for servicing now.

Jack, the engineer, was very thorough and explained carefully any improvements that needed to be made.
Also the immediate connection to the main office was efficient and helpful.

We had a problem with our boiler and the Intergas adviser who I spoke to, Teigun (hope that’s spelt correctly) was more than helpful.
She carried out all that she said she would and arranged for an engineer to visit & carry out repairs within a short time scale.
The engineer, Fabio, arrived exactly as confirmed and carried out the repairs in a very professional manner.
I’m happy to say that both employees I found to be a credit to the Intergas team.

Have been with intergas for 6 yrs now and highly recommend them,from start to finish excellent communication,jack called the day befor with a time slot and arrived on time!so no waiting in alday,jack explained in detail all he had done,really pleased.

We recently installed an Intergas XCEED 8kW heat pump in my own home, and I have to say Intergas have been fantastic throughout the whole process. They genuinely can’t do enough to help and have been incredibly supportive from the initial installation through to commissioning.

Jack attended today to carry out the commissioning and system setup with me. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process straightforward.

The level of support we have received has been excellent, and it has given us a lot of confidence in the Intergas range. We will definitely be looking to install more Intergas heat pumps and boilers moving forward.

Another stress-free annual Intergas boiler service was carried out for me last week. From the admin team member who dealt with my booking, to Jack the engineer who did the work, the process was easy, efficient and professional. Jack texted the day before with a one hour timeslot for the service. He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Exemplary, as always.

The service from Tyler (Intergas engineer) is of a really high standard. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always happy to help, and even willing to give advice over the phone. He is well worth a 5-star review! The boiler itself is well-made and a great product. 👍

I appreciated Mark giving me tips on troubleshooting issues with my boiler. I had somehow put my boiler in standby mode (don't know how) but I could not reset it. Mark checked a couple of other issues with my boiler during his visit based on what issues I reported I thought were wrong but were not in the end. Mark advised that has no parts were used, I was due a refund and was only to be charged a call out fee. Intergas were quick to pick up on my refund and invited me to sort it promptly. Mark was professional and friendly. I am pleased with Intergas's customer services.
