Jack was fantastic
Jack was great at communicating about the appointment and plans for the job. Jack arrived on time
Jack arrived on time, even though it was quite the journey to my house. He was friendly, polite, and explained what he was there to do. Everything is working perfectly now, and he checked that everything was in good order before he left. Jack also gave me advice for the future in order to keep my heating system running at its optimum.

Efficient service
Efficient service. Good communication about what time he expected to be with us, which meant we didn't have to wait in all day.
Knew exactly what was needed, including recognising it was 4 year service & therefore more seals needed to be replaced.
Good advice on next steps for us during the coming year to maintain the boiler & hesting sysyem. Advice also on areas for concern, (fan) & what to expect should this fail.

This is Gary’s 4 th visit to my boiler…
This is Gary’s 4 th visit to my boiler and as us usual he has been very professional. I think the boiler has stumped him even though he has done all the checks and tested everything it was still losing pressure. Fingers crossed this time even though it’s nice to see Gary I’d prefer the boiler to be working properly

Excellent service from Paul, sorted my original issue and found another issue with the fan during his inspection which he also sorted out. My job involves complaints about gas engineers and I couldn't fault Paul's attitude or workmanship.
