Great Customer service
I had an issue right at the tail end of my warranty, and I have to say that both Teigan and Jack in Customer Services went above and beyond to help.
They were incredibly professional, helpful and friendly throughout, and really took the time to understand the situation and get things resolved. Their customer service was excellent, and I genuinely appreciated the effort they both made.
A real credit to the company. Thank you, Teigan and Jack!

Paul as usual was very efficient and…
Paul as usual was very efficient and soon sorted the problem out with the boiler which had been caused by an electrical serge (after a power cut) which fried the internal electrical board. This was replaced and now all working.

The engineer Fabio made the experience faultless. Very polite and respectful, talked through everything he was doing and honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. Excellent experience
I have had an Intergas boiler for 10 years and the service I have received from both the office staff and service engineers has been impeccable. In that time I have only had one problem and, when I called to arrange a repair visit, the office gentleman taking the call knew exactly what the problem was when I described it and much to my amazement was able to tell me how to make some adjustments to resolve it. Excellent

Very efficient
Always quick, efficient, friendly...from call to book and job getting completed. Simon does my yearly check and Wayne has completed few interim issues..nothing major. Love the boiler, very efficient and these guys are a credit to the company.
