Very disappointing
Very disappointing, we were let down the evening before our booking , this was done via text and when we tried calling to discuss our booking no one was available, would not recommend this company

Extremely poor service would not recommend
Absolutely awful service would NOT recommend. Let our group of 8 people down the evening before via text message, leaving us with no alternative travel. Could not even bother to call to tell us & then would not answer or call back when asked from the direct or emergency out of hours contact number.
One of their company member contacted us the day before to ask if we could make our departure time an hour later so the mini bus driver could complete another job, which would not work for us. We then receive a txt message the next day to say he could no longer take us... (coincidence)
It then took over the expected time told to get our deposit back also.
The website claims they will “never let you down” well they did. If you are looking for a reliable company I would not recommend this one.

Cancelled our trip the day before
Terrible service. They cancelled our minibus the night before our trip. A complete let down which left us with no alternative.
They couldn’t even be bothered to inform us via a call. They cancelled by text and wouldn’t pick up our calls when we tried to call them to find out what had happened.
They also held our deposit for a week and a half after they cancelled.

Not very good customer service
Not very good customer service! Cut me off when talking on the phone saying "have a nice day", and just rude and blunt all together. Not booking with these guys at all.

Overall good service by the company for a very good price as well. They took 16 of us to a festival in Leeds and they arrived on time to take us to the festival and also on time to take us home. The driver was also very helpful and stopped off at service stations whenever we asked to so people could use the toilet, etc. I recommend using this company.
