If I could give no stars I would. The company is appalling and refuses to accept responsibility. We booked a 24 seater coach with luggage compartment return journey for my wedding from London to Somerset. They messed up the order, sent a small minibus and people carrier resulting us part of the party having to go via rental cars seperately, abandon critical items such as walking aids and luggage. Drivers were late (2 hours late for pick up) and didn't know the route. HQ didn't update us even when the drivers were late. Drivers tried to extort more money on the route and were racially insensitive. We will be looking into legal means to redress.

Please don’t use this company. I booked a coach for Chester Races from Liverpool on 13 July 2019, however the coach didn’t arrive on the day. I was so upset and disgusted. This company were not interested. I was calling the office number and nobody will answer. I gave them £100 deposit (which I did get back) but I was never given an explanation why. The day was ruined! This company is a scam! Please don’t bother using them.

To begin with I was quite impressed with the service and the swiftness of their replies but after the booking was placed it all went downhill. On the day we were supposed to be picked up the minibus didn't arrive and when we called the driver he said that he wasn't coming. When we called Investravel to see what was going on they said they they didn't know about our booking as the person who took it was off.

We received an excellent service, bringing 4 people up from Cambridgeshire (2 pick ups) to the North Midlands for a wedding. None of the passengers drove and 2 had learning disabilities, but they were comfortable and stress-free throughout.

1- They over charged our group. They made us to pay £1700.00 for a trip from Manchester to London tricking us that the day was exceptionally difficult because of Entree in Liverpool. Later we checked with groups who travelled to same function only to find out that they charged us almost two third over.
2-They initially agreed to my group paying £200 in advance, for the reminder of the money to be paid on the day. Then as the days went on, they kept on asking for more using shifting bad excuses. On the final day they asked for the whole amount to be paid or the deal be cancelled. It was a cynical trap.
3- The so-called line Manager was horrible to us on the phone. The lady on phone, Annika, was not bad to be fair.
4- We ended up with a 50-seater coach almost straight from the scrap yard. The two drivers, not short of efforts, failed to stop the heating. We were boiling inside and members with asthma had to reach for their inhalers. Children struggled. When the drivers succeeded to stop the heating, the coach's windscreen started to cover up with condensing steam clearly impairing the driver's visibility particularly to the mirrors. That was dam dangers and possibly illegal. The stress was clear on the drivers' faces. They struggled between opening the side windows and wiping off the stream with hands. Thank God it wasn't raining.
5- The toilet in the bus wasn’t working and was flooding.
6- No wifi in the coach. Even the old-style mic and speaker was broken. No music. No announcement to group were possible while travelling.
All in all, it was the most horrible deal and experience I had out of many similar trips over the years. I will never come anywhere near this firm.

Used this company for a hen do trip Glasgow to Newcastle and back. Was very happy with the service drivers were very friendly. Would definitely use them again.

Very good communication, friendly driver and clean and comfy mini bus. No issues with timings on the journey to the airport or on the way back and overall really smooth travel, would recommend :)

We used investravel this weekend..and yes the driver was on time and everything went well.
However we have today been contacted asking for ‘good reviews’ to be left in exchange for 50p which will be returned returned per site, and providing a list of all 13 sites.
I find this unfair and would like to inform people using these reviews to make a decision as this is sometimes the only thing people can go on, these are meant to be honest and trusted reviews and by offering cash rewards this will sometimes mean the truths are not met shown.
Because when I went to book with this company due to the extremely cheap prices I began reading the reviews and I was very sceptical so much so that I made sure all payments where made on a credit card incase they didn’t show.

Top quality coach at a great price - really friendly driver. Will use again!
