No issues at all , They have always been nice to me on the phone , I always get funded the day I turn the bills in, I get fuel advances when turned in , No problems , They are professional and courteous , I chose ABC 5 or 6 years ago because they headquartered in TEXAS plus I had a recommendation, I feel I made a great choice.

Here is the list of what you do for me.
1. You checking each broker credit.
2. You setup contract with DAT load board.
3. You setup contract with EFS
4. You do invoicing to brokers for me.
5. You do follow up calls and communication with brokers account payable departments.
6. And you landing me cash.

I started when they ABC, when they have good customer service, good factoring system and options, and responsibilities. After becoming TBC started worsening, a changes thay did just for making easy money for themself and leaving hard job for Owner Operator's. Like if broker short paying O/O need to solve, broker don't pay O/O will charge back even that broker from they're approved list, if broker need originall paperwork they'll delayed paying you until they will receive original paperwork including rate confirmation and invoice.
For O/O I DON'T RECOMMEND

The TRUIMPH customer service is HORRIBLE. Ashley, and Terry are very RUDE toward customer like us I don't understand why. Since am the customer who is getting charged 3.49% and still when I call for an issue I get disrespected. I will send in a load in the morning and the load will be held until 5pm and they will say paper work issue, could not verify and why they have to wait until 5pm to notify me last minute. The people there don't care and if you ask me that you want to speak with a manager for a complain they will tell you managers are busy. Therefore, My advice please stay away from TRIUMPH BUSINESS CAPITAL. My account Executive was Maria she will never answer the phone any given time you will send her email she not respond. I can go on and on but let me be clear STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..

I never could get satisfactory load submission using Camscanner. I have really good results using Tripack. I'm amazed at how quickly you get my money to me. 3 to 4 days, always. I am swamped with factoring companies contacting me, but I'm not changing, no matter what they charge For their service. I'm sticking with Triumph.

I like the way triumph Business Capital does.

When it come to upload bol customer service require too much detail. Some of the scan very clean but they still rejected. Its much harder compare with different company. Some of the assign customer service not acting friendly when you call them for question. They did mention why don't you call the general number. I'm not the only work here.

Not all documents scan well and when they don't it is hard to get a clear copy and get paid within a reasonable time.

I have worked with Triumph since they were ABC
There is definitely a difference in client relationship.
There is this feeling of "you're on your own".
The new system of submitting paperwork is great though but, the client relationship feels lost. Back then it was all about the customer now, they don't care.
When they were ABC, you could never talk me into another factoring company but, I am looking into other options especially because my company is growing.
My issues
1) The funds redirected to wrong accounts even when you clearly choose the desired option.
2) their system does not like colored BOLs. They say it comes out black. Had this issue and was denied funding. I could not correct it because I was away from office and they did not care to help me so we were out of fuel that day. They should put a message saying color BOLs not accepted.
3) submitted funding, received confirmation but it went into the incomplete bucket. So there was no funding. Thankfully, I had plan B.
