What I like about Triumph is that they factor ALL of your money. Not 60% or 80% and also when there's a problem, it's quickly resolve.

The percentage taken out of each invoice along with separate ACH fees for each invoice submitted on the same day to me is ridiculous. As long as multiple invoices are submitted con the same day before 12:00pm, there should only be one ACH fee charged.

I started my trucking company in 2016. I would have never survived the first 6 months without Triumph Factoring. They basically helped build my company. My Triumph team leader Maria helped me get apps for invoices and explained how to use it. Getting paid is quick and simple. I would highly recommend Triumph.

There should be better way 2 submit invoices ,also don't wait till the cutoff time to inform us you need better copies

hi it seems to me that you are quite busy and that is good for your business, when something went wrong it takes a time to fix,especially when it needs to contact to the brokers, they tell you that they are going to contact to the company but takes a time to get answer, then i have to keep calling till last minute is done. and i am still happy with you, thanks ;

Factoring paper always seem to be reject in the twelve hour.

Great company faster and reliable

This company has a decent online portal and a nice friendly, knowledgeable staff. But my account representatives are hard to reach. Even my emails will take a day or so to be responded to. Sometimes I will not get a response at all. Not really sure if this company is worth the percentage that we have to pay.

1. They don't communicate with you, they expect you to stay on their web page to find out things. Claim they are too busy to give you heads up.
2. You can't save money for the things you need taken care of in the cash reserve without them taking the money out if the broker doesn't pay/short pay, they take the money you saved without even talking to you.
3. Will talk you out of setting up the escrow accounts (I guess too much work for them)
4. Has unrealistic cut off time for same day pay, so if you are a driver owner operator and have to deliver a load in the a.m. very seldom are you able to submit the paperwork to ensure payment for the same day, but claim they have same day pay. And because they are a bank, I've had to wait 5 days to get paid behind holidays.
5. I've been transferred 3 times to different groups that are suppose to be "My Team" so I never know who I can talk to for any problems that arise. They keep changing their system but again, they are too busy to let you know.
6. When you do talk to someone, they are condescending and rude, they handle you like you just messed up their day by calling and whatever the issue, you are wrong and they are always right. It's 100% their way or no way.
