over all triumph has been very good to me. one thing i wish would get a little better is the time in funding my account. i know that they are on central time and all but it would me a lot in same day funding to be able to put my money in bank before they close. just saying but all in all the people i deal with have treated me pretty well...

Deciding to factor with Triumph has been by far the best decision I've made for my business. I get paid 1-2 days from delivery. Having that cash flow has been tremendous toward our success. No waiting, no delays. Their website is probably the easiest, most user-friendly site I've ever used. Submitting invoices is a snap, and I can do it on the road with my phone or iPad. the reps do not accept responsibility of their errors. the reps do not work to insure payment from customers. the carrier still has to act as the collection rep. if your looking for a factor company to act as back office, triumph is not the company to do business with.

The website where I submit invoices and check credit is very user friendly.
The staff is always available to help when I have needed them and I never feel left behind. They have answered every question and solved the very few issues I've had, which were usually to this being my first experience with factoring. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome set of people that work there and they understand the importance of getting funded regardless of the amount. The people that work there when you call in are real polite and understanding when in a jam. The thing i suggest is to extend the time to get paperwork in.

What's in a name. Wow! I just finished submitting bills to get paid to pay the guys that trust in us to have their setttlements accurate and on time, no matter what. And us being Trusted Carriers, we have to do just that; collect from our customers and pay our owner-operators with a goal of 100% accuracy and on time settlements. We serve our owner-operators as they are our bosses. This would not be possible without our factoring relationship with Triumph. Right now as I have gotten my email response back from from Triumph that my bills have been received, I'm feeling "Triumph"ful.
