From walking in the door of the store in west George st Glasgow I felt welcomed and put at my ease. I am very indecisive when picking frames but was encouraged to browse with support and advice close at hand. Once I picked. Few frames again I got amazing advice. I am delighted with my frames how they look and also extremely satisfied with the varifocal lenses. I also purchased the clip on sunglasses and never having them before am delighted. I’ll certainly be back and will have been recommending Iolla for service efficiency and price.

All round high level of service.
Helpful staff who gave advice but stepped back to allow me time to consider. Good service as arranged for speedy delivery to a different shop. Price also very good.

Always a great service
Always a great service when purchasing new glasses and a great price. Even provided a quick on the spot repair to an old pair of sunglasses whilst in the store bringing them back to new.
