But, unfortunately, horribly gritty & - for a large pot - rather short-dated.

Dear Alan,
You had an issue with the address prefilled by your PayPal, we supplied the product to the address provided on your order.
When you emailed asking to change the delivery address after the order had already been dispatched we did our best to get the address changed even though the order had already left our facility. Unfortunatley the order was returned to us and you contacted us to say you no longer wanted the product.
We have refunded accordingly. We kindly ask you to leave honest feedback to reflect the transaction due to the error being caused by your PayPal and that we did everything in our power to correct this.
