Ips Pharma Avis 53

Sadly very disorganised service - I don't know if it's only for CBD products - but I've been using them for a year, and very rarely do the products get delivered without some hitch.

Used to rate this pharmacy until I received a faulty product. They had a courier pick it up , and I havent heard from them since. That was Feb. Its almost June. They don't mind taking your money though, of course. 👍🏻

A* service every order with IPS I never have to worry about my medication not coming 🤟🏻🤟🏻

I have used IPS pharmacy for over 2yrs now and apart from literally one or two weeks hiccups I can honestly say they have been fantastic. Mainly for product selection, holding a lot of stock thus brooding options, and how rapid they are at proceeding my prescription and delivering here to me in NI in less than 24hrs in many occasions!

I've recommend IPS and in turn Integro consistently throughout my time as a medical cannabis patient. Big love 💚

I have been extremely happy with IPS pharmacy.
They are very helpful,informative and extremely attentive when you require assistance.
Issues are resolved extremely quickly and they are in contact instantly.

In fairness I don't usually have any issues with there app/platform at all it is superb!
Have required very little assistance as the app is extremely user friendly.

IPS in terms of customer service is very good . Helpful & Polite . They call you if there is a delay in ordering , which you are warned of if you are ordering a flower that IPs has to order first .

Delivery is next day . Consistently .

Sometimes I take a gamble & order a strain that I haven’t watched reviews on .
The weed arrives dead & way too dry .

Obtaining a refund is impossible .
IPs don’t grow the flower but only distribute but in the future I hope patients are refunded .

You tube / med bud reviews are very important for medical cannabis patients to watch first & research .

On a positive tip, there is a lot of good goin on . Prices are cheaper & the strains are arriving fresher . £65 for lemon diesel fritter by high greens was cheap & very good in flavour & effects .

London marker by green karat arrived moist , strong & tasty . 10/10

IPs do deserve praise were due .

I have been using IPS PHARMA for approximately 2 1/2 years now and I think they are fantastic,from customer service to delivery of medication,always quick to resolve any issues and as long as you are polite they will go above and beyond for you.My recent praise is for Zyed and the pharmacy manager who sorted out a payment issue I was having with the Integro App late on a Friday afternoon and medication was delivered next day.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE AT IPS!!!!!

Absolutely amazing service provided every single time with IPS, can’t fault them one bit! They have even gone above and beyond in a few separate occasions to which you wouldn’t get else where I doubt! Highly recommend 10/10!!

There are a lot of other pharmacies around right now but IPS has always been my 1st choice & Wil remain so.. If any issues arraise they are more than willing to help & resolve any hiccup. Great service = Happy content patient.

The quality of the oils is superb – they clearly put a lot of time, effort and research expertise into creating such excellent products.

This company is hard work. I'm on my 2nd rewrite due to out of stock products (that's my 3rd attempted prescription). They have had my latest prescription for 4 days already and now want to charge me for a split delivery as one of my two products needs to be ordered. I was told i didn't pay the split delivery fee when i did, but i paid at 9pm so i missed the 6pm closure cut off, adding yet another days delay to my order. The are not exactly bending over backwards to put the patient experience first. Given the delays and multiple rewrites - you may have thought they would waive the split delivery fee and just send me my meds asap. You cannot call and speak directly anymore, rather a receptionist takes your details and tells you someone will call back. They do call back but it's inconvenient as you are then just left tied to your phone waiting. I've been trying for 2-3 weeks now to obtain my prescription. Very fed up!!

Has really gone down now you cant just phone to pay for meds a random number will call and ask for your card details Integro deny they have been told about this but the last three orders i have had to hand over my card details to a random number and a random person.

my order of the 31st march 2026 has never arrived was never even sent i called to be told they would call back
nobody called back
integro said they would chase my order and then never emailed me back this is starting to feel more & more like a scam with dodgy links & apps that dont work random folks asking for your credit card numbers & zero support from ips or integro when your order goes missing

Sat for over two hours on the phone today was assured my prescription would be here today and nothing my post has been another two hours siting on the phone . They blame integro for systems shutting down at weekend but we are now on Tuesday I am furious £150 order disgusting also been charged for postage for first prescription and told to contact integro am done with this

Had a few orders from them, they're one of my top choices if something is available at multiple pharmacies, IPS is always fast.

I had a case where something was seemingly in stock but it wasn't which added 3 days to my order but that's about all the complaints I can have.

I have had a few hiccups, but mostly due to 3rd party logistics. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from IPS. A very efficient operation.

Extremely helpful and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. Their friendly attitude and knowledge made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Excellent service a real credit to IPS
